I have write a review before about Samantha Mo and her company for the Delay of my order and I thought that they don't want to send me the Refund. I found out now that Jessica was contacting me and sent the refund already from a long time on my old E mail and not the one I used with them this year so it wasn't only my mistake. First let me start with the fact that they asked when was I gonna place my order and when I sent money they then told me the items were no longer available. I then tried to choose something else but they were jacking the price up more because they already had my money so I just ordered a bag and they sent me the lowest grade bag they could find terrible this bag isn't worth $20 and then to add insult to injury I've asked for a refund for the rest of my money on multiple occasions never got a refund at all they stopped replying to me. I will be disputing them with my bank and me and my sister will never shop with them again. Don't trust these people
