I bought 2 dresses, boots and a hat for pictures with Santa. Everything got delayed. The dresses were poor quality. The hat shows that they delivered it but I never received it. It is being shipped from overseas (China). I tried to address this but no response. The boots are back ordered until January. I have asked to cancel them since I won't need them. I live in Florida and only ordered them for a picture. I have called and emailed about cancelling the boots. I get a response of best regards.

Ordered an item on September 15th. I did not receive the item until October 28th AND IT WAS THE WRONG ITEM. I let them know if their mistake and had to jump through 1,000 hoops to try to get the correct item sent. The item I ordered is a Thanksgiving top, who knows if it will be here on time or not. Extremely frustrating. Don't waste your time.

I bought a dress and I contacted Mia belle to let them know that the dress that I bought is not what I expected as it shown in the picture. There are some pulls from the dress. They told me I can return with everything attached to the dress but I have to pay for a shipping label which is I just had it one day in my hands nothing stains never wore. I tried to log in to their website but my email not to be found or not registered! It is ridiculous I used same email account even receive a email about my concern but my email is not registered to them. This site is a scam! Don't fall for the beautiful picture as it's not what it looks like in hands. Cheap material! Waste of money! Don't trust this

Ordered 2 items on 9/27/21. One item said back ordered. The other item said ships next day. I received the back ordered item but still not the

I have attempted to call them (try for yourself at the number on their website) - they do not answer- you get a recording saying they will connect you then the next recording tells you the voicemail box is full. They do text you telling you they will call you back "as soon as possible"- still no return call. They take your money up front even before the item is shipped! I have tried to attach photos of purchase and other proof of what is going on but the site can not upload them for some reason. I am willing to provide them to the site if contacted.

I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter that was supposed to be delivered by Halloween as the website said. It is now October 28 and the item has not even shipped out. I have been contacting them for weeks and have yet to get a response. I plan on reaching out the the BBB to get my money back because this is unacceptable. I can't even cancel the order because they refuse to get answer the phone, return calls and reply to emails.

I ordered a bunch of school clothes back in August, even after reading alot of negative reviews I went ahead and went for it. I received three or four outfits just fine and had no issue with shipping. What I disliked is that they split my order into 4 different shipments. They do not tell you when you order that some may be out of stock, instead of just saying out of stock on their site you purchase the outfit and wait till God knows when to receive it. I just received my last outfit yesterday. It's October 27th. Thankfully it wasn't needed for any certain date because I would of been screwed. So heads up if you're in a hurry to get an outfit or need it by a certain date, this site isn't for you. I will say they were great with communication when I kept checking on my order though. Also the jeams aren't anything close to size. Every single pair of jeans I bought are baggy and boyfit. I think I'll just stick to sparkle in pink.

Each order i have made nothing is condor at all come in random Chinese packages with sizes that can range from 2 t to 12 t. Don't dare wash it it will never fit again or fall apart. So disappointed in this company. Bought shoes for my granddaughter. She wore them maybe twice and all the rhinestones started falling out! Answer: You can use a handheld steamer to warm and re-shape the netting on the dresses. Or hang the dress in a closed-door bathroom with a hot shower to create steam for around 15 - 20 minutes. Basically, the dress needs steam to be warmed up to be shaped. Great Question!
