Hi, I picked metro traffic school to do my DUI school. I have a court order to do DUI school one in writing. And the lady at the front desk signed me up. I did the course and went to do my evaluation. When going to sign up for the evaluation they told me I had to do the DUI school 2 and they would not give me my certificate. I told them and showed them what the judge put down in writing and they said it did not matter. Then I asked "why would the lady at the front desk sign me up for that course then?" The response I got was "she is new she should of known better". To compromise I said "can I take the $350 I paid and put it towards the $850 you want now?" they said no. So they refused what the judge said, openly admitted the woman was new and made a mistake, and had so empathy to try and rectify the situation. I contacted my attorney who is battling with them to get this resolved and it's been months now. These people are scammers, rude, and have no empathy. Go anywhere except metro traffic school.
I see is a good web because you can do yours testing for your permit licese and more for you learning

My teen son did the bundle with 4 hour alcohol course, practice test and the permit test. In the beginning he came to me telling me that the spelling was off on many questions. One question came back with the complete wrong answer. It told him that he was wrong about a hazard sign. The answer that indicated "correct" was a pedestrian sign. Also, when he completed his permit, he had only 6 wrong out of the 11. It immediately came back that he failed the florida permit test. However, he did pass as it confimed afer logging out and logging back in. All of our stomachs dropped because he worked hard to pass this the first attempt for there to be what Metro said over the phone, a glitch. I don't recommend the program. In hindsight he was able to complete the courses at home but at the end of the day the videos are from the 90s, he cannot relate to the drivers and we spent the $50 that does not come with the ability to go to the DMV and get his permit ID. We have the pay basically double now. When you take the permit at the DMV the ID is included with the exam. Just go to the DMV and take it there.
It was easy and fast for my 16 year old to understand every step of the process and he did very well.
