Hello Metro Traffic
I was supposed to start the DUI-Level II Course yesterday at 6pm at your Oakland location (3726 West Oakland Park Blvd, Ft. Lauderdale *******) and your instructor didn't let me in even though I knocked in the door numerous times. I arrived at the office at 6pm not a minute later and I can prove it. I noticed that I was supposed to arrive 15 minutes earlier but it was impossible. I live in Hollywood and I left a quarter to 5pm since I was working and it took me 1:15 minutes to get to this location since traffic was very heavy and I had to find a friend to drive me there. I just want you to understand that in my previous class with you you I had another very sour incident. Basically you made my pay the course twice. When I called to enroll in the DUI class I spoke to one one of your receptionists and she told me that I needed to take DUI level I and when I showed up for the class I was told that I was in the wrong class and that I needed to take level II So I had to re-enroll in Level II and pay the entire course again since I wasn't refunded for the payment of the DUI Level neither was I given any credit. This time I will not tolerate this and I will bring this matter to whoever I need to-DMV, Court-wherever but this is Unacceptable. I will go to the class today at 1:15pm to see if hopefully the instructor let me in today. If not, I will contact you...I called you yesterday a few times-1st time at 6:05 pm while I was outside the office knocking at the door...I am calling Ray Graves today and I'll speak to him regarding this matter to see what can be done...In addition I am filing a formal complaint with the State of Florida Dept of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles as well since this is bad business practice to say the least. I'm very disappointed with you all... Honestly, I think I am at the hands of crooks at this point...
