One of my emails of complaint. All ignored.

Good morning.

At what point are you going to have the common decency to reply to my numerous emails?
I've requested a refund and that was ignored. I requested a call, escalation to a manager and replies to emails. All ignored.
You are an absolute disgrace. There is no beginning to any customer service from yourselves. On top of all of this you are using Evri to attempt delivery. A match made in heaven as they are the worst courier service I have ever seen. So bad I guarantee the delivery will either fail or they will leave my goods in a communal area to once again be stolen.

Does it take a complaint to the trade association ombudsman for you to show the slightest glimmer of service?

I expect contact by end of day today.

Ordered on the 17th of October it was a Christmas present and the delivery date was to be on the 23rd of December. Supplier was blamed for the delay. Then January 10th and now the 17th.
Do not order from this completely, unprofessional, amateur, ignorant and untrustworthy seller.

Honest review. I decided to take a chance and had a great experience. Sent my item right away. Free shipping. I paid 2 dollars u. S for tracking number.my item arrived from sweden faster than most u. S companies have sent.no complaints. Would use them again.

Ordered Pac-Man: Ghosts Of Christmas Past Knitted Christmas Sweater.

However, the back had no images at all, its just dark blue. This goes against the point of ugly/funny christmas sweaters.

Site had no images showing the back, nor was it mentioned in the description. For a 55 specialty shirt, this is unacceptable. The sweater, which is so vibrant from the front, looks dull from the back.

I've ordered from here at least 5 times. Love their products, hate their shipping. I don't know what cause their delay, but expect AT LEAST a week to pass between order confirmation and shipment confirmation. I had no idea how hard it could be to put a shirt in a box with a shipping label. Evidently, Brits struggle with this. Like, really really struggle with it. After shipping confirmation, just expect the package to arrive at some point in the future because they don't come with tracking. Who tf doesn't include tracking in 2020? These people. Every grungy factory in China selling fakes can give a tracking number, but not Merchoid. They ship untracked royal post. I keep wanting to like these guys, but it's just not possible. Until y'all change your shipping practices, consider me gone.

I preordered an item and later found it for $60 dollars cheaper on every other site it was available. After asking about price match and being told no and I would have to pay to return it I just took it as a lesson learned and was going to move on. However, the package arrived and my $200 item was sent from the UK wrapped in bubble wrap, a paper thin cardboard wrap around the middle, and a tapped up plastic bag. The box to the collectible was, unsurprisingly, damaged. After three days customer service informed me that since it is "just a creased" outer box I would have to pay return shipping. DO NOT ORDER COLLECTIBLES FROM THIS COMPANY.

Yes do not trust this company I made an order for 30 hoodies they sent me all the same three different designs all older stuff I've been trying to fix it for months they've told me that I've had to I have to pay them to ship the stuff back to get a refund I do not want a refund I want a mixed variety of hoodies and jackets and instead of fixing the problem they have dropped me as a customer and all I've been trying to do is figure out how this will not happen again when I order more but instead of being able to order more I am now not able to order any at all I do understand and no deal you do get a couple if not three of the same but 10 of the same product and only three different products that is unacceptable for me and they are unwilling to do anything to fix the problem they are expecting me to spend $600 more to get the product shipped to their American warehouse that is way more than what the product is worth and what I have paid for it I've told them I am willing to keep the product as long as they make sure that any of my other orders did not happen the same thing but they will not even listen to what I've asked be careful this place is scamming people taking their money ripping them off and then they will not fix the problem
