Absolutely the worst service I have experienced by any company at any level. I'm trying to cancel a hotel reservation, I get an automated email stating to log into my account (no website provided) simply go into recent orders and request cancel. They don't have a website in which you can log into. Furthermore I've been on hold for over 2 hours and waiting,. Trust me, the $2.00 you might save is not worth the effort.

Never use them

Customer service is outsourced and has working hours which they do not post. Website said contact the via phone number. Waited an hour on hold both times only to have them site the Policy to me and be able to do nothing.

Hotel reservation scam!

I would give zero star if I could. Just read the reviews before booking through this website.it is all scam! I booked my hotel, and my card was charged right away without any problem. One hour later I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and it turned out there wasn't any reservation under my name. I called customer service number under the confirmation email I received and representative told me that she is sorry that reservation was failed because the price rate gone up, and you will get a refund in about 8 business day! They recommended if I want, they can make you another reservation with a new rate and of course another transaction!. Just a rip-off. This company should be shutdown by authorities.

I strongly advise against doing business with MemberDeals. I was wrongly charged twice for a hotel reservation on December 9,2024 and despite reaching out multiple times over the past month, I have yet to receive my refund.

I provided all necessary documentation, including my invoice, bank statement, and even a letter from the hotel confirming the mistake, yet their customer service continues to ignore my requests. Their lack of accountability and refusal to resolve the issue shows a complete disregard for their customers.

If you value your time and money, stay away from this company. Their poor customer service and unethical practices make them completely untrustworthy.

Refusing a refund
December 11, 2024

I booked a hotel stay through member deals for August 1st-5th in Florida, I had to leave early for a hurricane and the hotel agreed to refund me for my 2 nights I left early and sent me documentation for Member Deals of the refund to Expedia which is the "partner" Member Deals works with and they are still REFUSING after 4 months to issue my refund. They've came up with all kinds of excuses...The General Manager doesn't exist, they didn't have a phone number for the General Manager, I only spoke with a night audit clerk. I've done all the leg work and got all their documentation and send multiple times and they still deny that the hotel sent them a refund.

THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY IF SOMETHING HAPPENS BEYOND YOUR CONTROL. YOU ONLY SAVE ABOUT $30 AND ITS NOT EVEN WORTH IT. SPOKE TO ABOUT 10 DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AND A FEW SO CALLED MANAGERS AND NONE ARE AMERICAN. I WAS TOLD ID BE UPDATED EVERY 72 HOURS WHICH WAS A LIE, AND A MANAGER TOLD ME I'D BE REFUNDED WHICH I NEVER WAS AND SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK WHEN I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD A FEW TIMES. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS COMPANY DESERVES ZERO STARS. LIARS, CROOKS, MONEY HUNGRY.

I bought tickets for Stevie Wonder from…
I bought tickets for Stevie Wonder from MemberDeals.com and got a confirmation for the tickets only to get another email saying the purchase was rejected. Not only do I have to wait 3-8 days to get my money back, I also have to call the company that insured the tickets in order to get a refund. Now I can't go to the concert at all because by the time I get all of my money back the concert will be over. This is my first and last time using memberdeals.com. And to think I went through all of this and only saved $10.00. Trick or treat? I'll let you decide.

Follow-up
The Entertainment Benefits Group promptly refunded my money (the next day) and also had a manager to reach out to me. I still missed the concert, but I commend them for being responsive to my concerns.

Dismal customer service!

MemberDeals refused to refund an unused ticket for Universal Orlando that had been bought in error. Although the fine print says sales are final (which I could accept), MemberDeals repeatedly say only that they can't refund the ticket unless Universal Orlando agree, something Universal Orlando Guest Services assured me in-person that they ALWAYS do for unused tickets sold by LEGITIMATE third-party partners. MemberDeals ignore all requests to show proof that they have requested and been denied approval from Universal Orlando, despite claiming (in an almost instant response to my initial request) that "every avenue was exhausted in advocacy" of my request!

Fraudulent website

This is a fraudulent website. I reserved hotel reservations for two nights. Got to the hotel and there was no reservation with the hotel. I had an order number and all. I called them and immediately they hang up. So I was left out in the cold without a reservation. Had to look for another hotel. They left us in a big bind. I had to go to the bank to file a dispute to get our money back. BEWARE USING MemberDeals. My rating for them is a 0.

Run for the hills

Avoid at all costs! Dealing with them has been so stressful. I purchased 3 tickets to SeaWorld while the "eat free" promotion was going on. I received the tickets, but they did not have the meal vouchers. SeaWorld directed me to Memberdeals and Memberdeals said I didn't have a meal voucher on my ticket. I waited on hold with them for at least 30 minutes just for them to tell me I didn't have the vouchers, even though I told them that was the issue. I should have had the vouchers. The employee gave me an email address to send screenshots to and I received an automated reply saying that email address is not monitored and to submit a request through the website. I was told that it would take 72 hours to receive a response. After 2 days I finally received an email from someone asking for said screenshots. The same email said it would take 72 hours for them to review my screenshots. Now here I am 74 hours later with no response. Any deal you think you might get is not worth it. Just go directly through the vendor or a travel agent. I booked 2 hotels and purchased tickets for three different theme parks and this is the only one that had any issues. If you look at Google reviews, you will find horror stories as well.

We pulled up the guest's order and she bought 3 regular Sea World Park tickets. We are not seeing anything on her vouchers stating she would get meals unless there is another order she is referring to. She bought 3 Sea World tickets and there is nothing on her order that says she will get a meal. These tickets come directly from the partner, and we apologize the guest feels she would have gotten meals with the vouchers. I the guest can show us what she saw we would be more than happy to let the partner investigate this, but we located her order and there are no meal vouchers on the tickets.

$547 Theft

California. Got to the car rental place and we wait over a hour and a half for the vehicle. We get to the service desk and they advise us we can't take the vehicle out of state. I've rented cars a hundred times and never heard of this issue. So we call Member Deals. They tell us we don't get a refund because it's past the pick up time.WE WERE IN LINE FOR A HOUR AND HALF! Not to mention the 34 minutes we waited on hold with Member Deals. So don't waist your money on this place. It's a scam that cost us $547

As a 3rd party, these bookings come directly from the car supplier. If the information is listed on the terms of service to which they cannot take the car out of the area then that can break the terms of sale to which they got the car for. Please provide us an order number and we will gladly check with the supplier to see what all can be done.

Lift tickets
March 24, 2024

Bought some lift tickets for skiing one weekend, but due to weather, we were unable to go. The resort was agreeable to have us change the date, but memberdeals/TicketsatWork absolutely refused to assist me. Whatever amount of money you save here is not worth the risk, and trust me in the end if/when it doesn't work out, you will lose it all. Your time, money, and peace is precious. Don't waste it with Memberdeals.

As a 3rd party, the ticket is considered a final sale. The park finally agreed that the guest could use the ticket for another date or cancel and we would rebook. The guest is aware what he needs to do to get the proper tickets he needs as we tried every avenue for him to assist with this issue.

My wife accidentally booked the wrong hotel i had some issues then Richard called me and was beyond friendly, super pleasant, nice, & BEYOND helpful. He saved our whole trip. If there's any issues get a hold of this guy because he actually does his job, cares, and WILL HELP! Thank you!

We apologize that your wife accidentally booked the wrong hotel. As a 3rd party, we contacted the supplier to see if the booking could be changed or refunded and the request was denied. We highly recommend that our guests book refundable rooms if they need to make a change. We apologize if there were issues on the phone. We will definitely investigate this and see if there were any issues to this matter as all calls are recorded. We will also check again with the supplier and see if the refund can be approved which is not a guarantee.

The hotels are a scam.

They will show a "discounted rate" on hotels, but the fine print will say the hotel is going to charge you a "resort fee" or a "facility fee" when you get there. It says that's already included, but it's not included in the price. Those fees are also not charged when you just book at the hotel through the hotel site. Their customer service will essentially tell you to get bent and that the "case is closed" and won't respond. Initially, they wanted me to provide proof I had to pay that, then just told me to get bent.

We apologize but as advised we are not held responsible for the charges that hotel may charge. It is on our terms of sale. We even advised the charge that the hotel has charged and advised this is what the hotel is advising us per the supplier. As advised in our terms of sale we are not held responsible for any fees that the hotel charges when checking in and every booking has different prices and fees depending.

MemberDeals make their money off of people NOT being able to redeem their codes/tickets. You can't get a REFUND or EXCHANGE! They will claim it's "EXPIRED." I bought a discount Sam's Club membership code off of T-Mobile Tuesday from them. There was NO mention of the code having an "EXPIRATION DATE". I bought it March, 19,2023. I get an email saying I haven't redeemed it in November 17,2023. Okay, I will redeem it the following year so, I can reap the full benefits for a whole year. Well, I tried to activate it. The price goes from $0.00 to $50.00. Saying the promo didn't do the trick, try again or go ahead (as in just pay $50). I call them & the representative BLATANTLY LIED to me saying the promo code expired in JULY. Telling me it's on the email. She resent the email saying it next to my order #. When she ran out of excuses to make it was "oh we're a third party & your code EXPIRED is the reason why it doesn't work". If it so called "EXPIRED" in July why did they send me an email in November telling me to redeem it. The original email doesn't have an expiration date. I read the terms & conditions multiple times. The only solution the rep offered was to help me purchase another one. MemberDeals already screwed me over once. I looked them up on BBB MemberDeals / Member deals is NOT ACCREDITED and their rating is an F. I have attached screenshots of the emails so, you can see for yourself the type of scam artists they are. STAY AWAY FROM Memberdeals /Member deals!

The hotel I was staying at gave me a refund because it was for the wrong dates and I rebooked. Members deal won't give me my money back! They say they'll give me $100 on a $700 room! This is theft!

Way overpriced tickets.

Thought we were getting discounted tickets from GovX. Think again. Majorly price gouged and the seats were practically nosebleed. Absolute rip off, totally disappointing and broke my heart to have my son be scared to sit so high up in steep seating. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. BUYER BEWARE.
