I've been a regular customer at Meh.com since they launched some 9 years ago. I have gotten a lot of great deals on stuff that I didn't even know I needed, as well as stuff I really did need. Don't let the name and carefully cultivated image of total mediocrity fool you- they are a legit deal a day site with stellar customer service should anything go wrong. They also have a forum where users can interact, and it's a pretty cool little community.
Saw a deal for some shorts. About $30. Size options were only S / M / L / XL... which doesn't tell you anything. Every clothing company makes up its own mind as to what an "L" means. In addition, there's no sizing chart to help. You make your best guess, but then when the items arrive and they don't fit, you have no recourse. They won't do an exchange. I asked. They said no. They said I could return the items for a full refund, but shipping was at my expense, and then repurchase another size. Well, shipping was going to cost $20, and repurchasing wasn't an option, as the deal was no longer available. So, in reality, I had zero recourse. I guess I've just made a $30 donation to Meh. Never again, Meh. You suck.

Everytime I've had trouble with my items (dead on arrival, parts not working, missing pieces, etc), meh's customer service is always quick to correct the issue, whether it's through sending a replacement or refunding my money. Heck, I even needed help twice with the same item, and I was never given and grief about it. So even if I don't have confidence in the items sometimes, I do have confidence in their customer service :).
Tip for consumers:
Check it everyday for useful items. If you end up buying a lot, they have a subscription that gives you free shipping and also discounts on their other sites (sidedeal, morning save, etc)

Meh's "one item a day" model means a daily bit of anticipation plus a fair amount of humour, usually with a dusting of WTF for good measure. It's a fun place with a good community, and some really good folks behind the scenes. I rarely have issues with my Meh orders, but the few times I have, the customer service has been awesome and things were resolved quickly (/wave to Ashley W, you rock).
Angela from customer support resolved the missing item issue quickly and efficiently. She replied immediately to my inquiry and all was made right in a matter of hours.

Ashley G gave me fantastic and quick customer service when my product did not arrive properly (obviously no fault of meh). Great to see not only is meh a great site to get good deals from but they also have spectacular customer service reps.
Tip for consumers:
If you order a lot from them the monthly 5 dollar fee for being a member covers your shipping so it's worth it even if you order 2 things in a month

When Roshwey (*******@hotmail.com) did not honor their 1 year warranty on their outdoor Solar Lights, Meh stepped in and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. Totally unnecessary on their part but very much appreciated. Meh is the place to buy, forget the Chinese businesses without honor.

I received an order with a missing item. Ashley requested I sent a photo of what I had received. I told her I had just departed for a trip and couldn't do it for a week, but instead sent her a marked up screenshot of my order indicating what I received. That did the trick and she was able to get a replacement item out to me.

Meh.com is one of a kind. The daily deals are an eclectic mix of items, from appliances to electronics to snacks and everything in between, and always a great value. I've purchased things I want, things I need, and (as Meh says), things I didn't even know I wanted or needed. The product writeups are always entertaining, and often laugh out loud funny. It's the site I go to every day without fail. While it's a serious business, they don't take themselves too seriously.
I've been a Meh customer since 2014, and the few times I've needed to contact customer service, the issue has been resolved quickly. The customer service reps have always been friendly and helpful. I recently had a question about some earbuds I'd purchased. What I'd received didn't match the specs on the site. I emailed support, and received a response from Jackie in customer service a short time later. She quickly determined the source of the issue, and everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction.
In short, an outstanding company, selling great products, staffed by terrific people!

Ach…so many bored CSRs. So many "can't do this". So many hours on the phone, listening to Barry Manilow singing Mandy (never used to hate that). Angela at MEH was the antivirus. Had an issue that was expected to be a negative but an online request concerning an issue was resolved within 15 minutes. MEH and Angela are super!

I've been purchasing from meh since they started. I has a billing question and they responded quickly. There was nothing to correct just clarify. They were very helpful.

So much fun this site and as a bonus the item offered each day beats even the lowest-priced store for the same name brand product. There is a catch though, you only have an initial 24 hours to make it yours, sometimes this is expanded according to whether there's any left after the stated period. The shipping is a flat five bucks so that's not a deal-breaker. There's also a forum for you to get involved with, it's fun and entertaining (as they happily extract your money from you) but no big deal, they do leave you with a product that you look forward to receive and sometimes, they offer such a deal that would blow your mind so look to the East (or west north or south) and stop paying big prices for things you really have no idea you ever wanted.
Drats! We must aim lower to correctly calibrate expectations.
I have been purchasing from Meh.com for over four years. I have made over 70 purchases of their "deal of the day" product offerings. I am 100% satisfied with the entire experience. Most of all, visiting the Meh site has become a huge source of daily fun and amusement for myself and a wide circle of friends whom I have introduced to Meh. Their sense of humor, self deprecating clever wit, funny videos, daily polls, user forums, product descriptions, and more are a joy. The entire concept, attitude, and sense of community that all things Meh embodies is pure silly fun. Most importantly, Meh's Customer Service is SUPERB! This is where the rubber meets the road. In the very rare instances where I have needed support, mostly because I screwed something up, Meh support has been wonderful to work with. I have had two instances where Meh provided me with replacement or additional products at no charge even though it was an error on my part involved. They respond to inquiries quickly, competently, and honestly with high integrity. Really. For those who are "in the know" about Meh humor, you can give your creativity in Meh fun free reign even when dealing with a problem. More often than not, I decline the deal of the day, but when one comes up that is a good fit for my needs and interests it has been an incredible value. My home entertainment receiver is just one example of a Meh product that gives me great pleasure every day that I would otherwise not be able to afford. Bottom line: Meh combines diverse product offerings, great value, humor, and entertainment backed by awesome customer service. Meh might not be for everybody, but I love them and truly look forward to my daily visits!

I'm reading the barely comprehensible bad reviews of Meh to the right and I have to laugh. Meh is my favorite daily deal site not only for the great products they sell and then stand behind but because the writers of the descriptions of the products they sell could get a job writing for smart satirical TV shows they're that good. What I love about meh is that they find interesting close-outs, they offer them at ridiculously low prices and then they stand behind the stuff they sell and make good if there's a problem. And they do all this promptly. I can't think of a better online company to deal with than meh.com. I have to laugh reading sweetu s' bad review of the facial mask product. I bought the same item for my wife and it worked fine and was clearly advertised for what it was. It's not meh's fault if consumers can't read. Similarly, Bart claims that he got the wrong voltage for an ac adaptor and meh blew him off. I find that hard to believe. Any time I've had any problem with a product that meh sells customer service has been prompt to resolve it. And Regina bought a Canon printer from meh (surely at an astoundingly low closeout price) and then was stupid enough to call Canon because the ink cartridge was missing. Regina baby you bought your printer from meh, call them with your issue. They will resolve it. I could go on and on detailing all the quirky cool products I've bought from meh over the years at bargain basement prices. All I know is that if you subscribe to meh's daily deal, you'll look forward to getting that email detailing in hilarious prose what that day's crazyass product is. That alone makes meh.com a must see site.
Meh is a daily deal site. Every day they sell 1 thing. I love it for gifts. You get great merchandise at a great price and shipping is cheap. You do need to be patient. They don't ship for a couple of days and they keep shipping cost down by using usps.
Even if you just want to ready snappy and sometimes snarky copy, Meh.com hits the spot. They make mediocre marvelous

I bought a vava dash cam from meh a few months ago and the 8Gb micro card that came with it had to be reformatted before I could use the cam. I put the card into a reader so I could reformat it and it opened itself up and my screen totally filled up with virus packets with what looked like Chinese written font. So I shut everything down as quickly as possible. This totally f upped my computer and did other damage that I won't mention here. I went to their website with my laptop to complain but they erased my membership. So I found a email link to contact them but they wouldn't get back to me about it. I did get an e-mail from one of their half dozen so called sister sites wanting more of my personal info. That I refuse to give to them. So I resorted to calling in a complaint to the FBI cyber crimes division and am waiting on them to get back to me. I think people should not buy anything from them because I don't think they will be in business much longer.

Sent wrong voltage AC adapter for bluetooth speaker, refused to replace it. This company is unethical. Do not do business with Meh.
I bought a Canon PIxma printer from meh which clearly states on the box that ink cartridges are included; however they were missing. I called Canon and they said that Meh is not an authorized dealer and that they took the cartridges to resale!
