They are the absolute worst! They sent me a six month supply of a product that expires in a month and a half. They refused to take it back or issue me a refund. They claimed that the expiration date was in the product details. Why would you sell a six month supply of a product that expires in a month and a half? STAY AWAY!

Customer service experiences with a lot of online retailers can be hit or miss. Caitlin took care of my issue within a few hours of me hitting the send button, way faster than I expected.

I've been a regular customer at Meh.com since they launched some 9 years ago. I have gotten a lot of great deals on stuff that I didn't even know I needed, as well as stuff I really did need. Don't let the name and carefully cultivated image of total mediocrity fool you- they are a legit deal a day site with stellar customer service should anything go wrong. They also have a forum where users can interact, and it's a pretty cool little community.

Everytime I've had trouble with my items (dead on arrival, parts not working, missing pieces, etc), meh's customer service is always quick to correct the issue, whether it's through sending a replacement or refunding my money. Heck, I even needed help twice with the same item, and I was never given and grief about it. So even if I don't have confidence in the items sometimes, I do have confidence in their customer service :).

Meh's "one item a day" model means a daily bit of anticipation plus a fair amount of humour, usually with a dusting of WTF for good measure. It's a fun place with a good community, and some really good folks behind the scenes. I rarely have issues with my Meh orders, but the few times I have, the customer service has been awesome and things were resolved quickly (/wave to Ashley W, you rock).
When Roshwey (*******@hotmail.com) did not honor their 1 year warranty on their outdoor Solar Lights, Meh stepped in and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. Totally unnecessary on their part but very much appreciated. Meh is the place to buy, forget the Chinese businesses without honor.

I have enjoyed buying items from MEH.com for several years. I have never been disappointed by either the quality of the product or the price I paid. For Christmas, my wife had given me a LaserPecker2 lasering machine. So when the 4-Pack: Tervis 24 oz Powder Coated Triple Insulated Stainless Steel Tumblers came up for sale I bought them, mostly to test on. Well, they are wonderful tumblers, and I reached out to Meh to inquire about buying more. Although they didn't have any, the response from Ashley was prompt and friendly. And she mentioned that they might have something similar in the near future and keep an eye out.
This is certainly an usual company, but I have enjoyed doing business with them and now I can also say that their customer service is superb.

I had a problem with my order and had to contact customer service. Representative Angela resolved the issue within minutes, and the only requirement was a photo of the item. That's one of the reasons why I keep buying from Meh.com

Saw a deal for some shorts. About $30. Size options were only S / M / L / XL... which doesn't tell you anything. Every clothing company makes up its own mind as to what an "L" means. In addition, there's no sizing chart to help. You make your best guess, but then when the items arrive and they don't fit, you have no recourse. They won't do an exchange. I asked. They said no. They said I could return the items for a full refund, but shipping was at my expense, and then repurchase another size. Well, shipping was going to cost $20, and repurchasing wasn't an option, as the deal was no longer available. So, in reality, I had zero recourse. I guess I've just made a $30 donation to Meh. Never again, Meh. You suck.

I received an order with a missing item. Ashley requested I sent a photo of what I had received. I told her I had just departed for a trip and couldn't do it for a week, but instead sent her a marked up screenshot of my order indicating what I received. That did the trick and she was able to get a replacement item out to me.

Ach…so many bored CSRs. So many "can't do this". So many hours on the phone, listening to Barry Manilow singing Mandy (never used to hate that). Angela at MEH was the antivirus. Had an issue that was expected to be a negative but an online request concerning an issue was resolved within 15 minutes. MEH and Angela are super!
