Here's how easy it is. Whenever you order something they set up a details page for that order. At any time, you can press one of two prominently displayed buttons--the first of which takes you to a customer service page autofilled with all of the pertinent details of your order. You can select from a variety of categories and basically just have to fill in a few remaining details. They always reply within a couple of days and work quickly to address and resolve any issues. I've always been treated more than fairly.
