I ordered some swim suits for a trip and they didn't fit at all. I went to start a rerun and realized they didn't send me an item. I had to ask for a rerun or to send it to me. I should have been notified that it was out of stock and immediately refunded the amount or not charged the amount at all and told that it wasn't available. Their return policy is a joke. They offered me $21 or a gift card and to keep the items. I said no then they offered me $30 to keep the items. I said I would take $75 for the refund of the one I didn't receive and to keep the items as I don't want them and they don't fit. They declined and finally sent me return instructions (which are ridiculous) a week later. I will never order from here again.
True to size, exactly like pictures. Easy to order on website and no hassle delivery. Highly rate.
Stained top, working on getting it exchanged. Customer service is slow to respond and offered me a discount not even for what I paid for the top.
As long as you don't plan to return anything the swim suits were great. I got a gift card instead of returning suits with refund my first experience. I accidentally ordered a few duplicates and also didn't like the texture of the cover up but this time I ordered knowing the return process and had no issues.
This was one of the most frustrating and difficult online shopping experiences I have ever had. This company does not realize that customers need a seamless return or exchange experience. This was a nightmare. It took almost 2 months to receive a credit back for items I returned. Everything about the online experience should make the customer want to come back and shop again. This was the opposite. This company is not a US-based company therefore the length of time from shipping to crediting back my return was an unacceptable nightmare. I will not be shopping on this site again.
My experiance overall was good, unfortunatley one of the swimsuits closure hook broke the first time putting it on, which was unfortunate as it is now unwearable.
One suit did not fit. A return credit was offered that was fair and I accepted it. The other suit was well made, fit well and I ordered another just like it. All in all a good experience for online shopping

Items ordered do not match the item description and look nothing like the photo. Both same size - 1 is too big and other is way too small. Overall poor experience
Loved the swimmers I purchased. Loved the dress to but after one cold wash (no dryer) it was already a size or two smaller. White sad as it looked great at first. Wish I ordered a few sizes bigger.
The return process had entirely too many steps. It was also insulting to have to take pictures of my return before allowing to return it.

I'm always a bit sceptical about online swimwear stores so happy to write a review so others can rest easy. The quality and sizes were very good, I went for a mix of XL and L after looking at the reviews (I'm 16 bottom 18 top) and everything fit me fine. The full coverage bikini bottoms were perfect and super comfy. The tankini top was very cleavage-ey and I think I would go a size up if ordering this again. Also super impressed with the fast delivery considering they come from overseas, I think it was around a week to Melbourne, maybe even less!
I was excited to try your swim dresses. I'm disappointed that they are very high cut on the legs. My belly hangs out. So super bummed as I have a vacation coming up and can't seem to find a swim dress
Quick shipment and the quality is fantastic! True to size, or maybe runs a bit larger, I am usually an XL and the XL fits great but I could probably go down a size. The material is true swimsuit material, I ordered one from another company and the suit sits on the body where Meet Curve brand has support, it holds you in! Love them all.
You don't give tracking. You never answer questions and the quality of these products is abysmal.
Doesn't fit and doesn't look good on me at all so I want to return them
