I have been a customer for about 20 years, and have had nothing but great experiences with MDG staff and products. And with their payment plans they make it so very easy. Truly one of the finer businesses out there.
Careless driver with MDG trucking, LLC cab and a rental 3892348. 4/11/24 in Florida ran family off road. Reckless, careless. Should be arrested.
When you order something takes too long for tracking and actual date on when you will receive merchandise. It is way too vague. We as customers would like better information so we can plan for it..
I had trouble getting my bank verified but it was probably because I usually use secure browsers. I'd like to be able to make additional payments online but understand that I need to call the finance department to make extra payments. I suppose having the question answered up front is a good thing.

I recently purchased a 2 piece living room set and a 65in tv the process was somewhat drawn out nevertheless my delivery is scheduled for this Tuesday I will be sure to add more to the review at that point or shortly after

The accepting part of this experience was long an drawn out! The delivery of the mattress was fast an on point. Though you broke up my order so half my delivery wont be here till this coming friday. I hope. An I hope they dont leave a 65 inch tv an game system in my driveway like they did the mattress. But all an all so far a decent experience. Thank u.

Can't really give an honest review because I still haven't received my TV. I ordered a 85" Samsung TV and it has to be the slowest shipping I have ever seen in my life. I live in central Kentucky and all products bought from this company comes from Canada. Which is fine, It literally takes about 7 1/2 hours to drive from Kentucky to Canada where their warehouse is (Oakville ON, Canada) It's been 9 days since they shipped the TV and I just now scheduled my delivery date, Which NO ONE bothers to tell you. If you order a TV larger than 50" you have to schedule a delivery, so luckily I was checking my tracking with "CEVA" which is the shipping company they use. The next available date was in NOVEMBER, middle of NOVEMBER! I could walk to Canada, pick up my TV and walk back before they would be able to deliver it... It's kinda silly that it takes so long for a simple TV delivery. Hell, Amazon for the same TV is 2 days, PRIME!I'll update the review if and when I get the television...
Update 10/19/2023@1227 I now have a delivery date of 10/27/2023. The item is in Covington KY, which is about 35 minutes away from me... So, I have to wait 8 days for my product to go 49 miles... CRAZY!

Just got an update and my item has went from Covington Kentucky (which is 35-40 minutes from my house) to Chicago Illinois, which is over 6 hours away. So… My item went from Oakville ON, to Toronto CA, back to Oakville then back to Toronto then to Charlotte NC, to Northern Kentucky (Northern Kentucky/Ohio international airport) to Chicago Illinois. Make it make sense. It's not MDG's fault but this could've been handled better. Use a different shipping company, something. There's no reason for that much traveling. By the time it gets here hell, it may have gone to Tokyo, Beijing, London and Berlin. My point is, that much handling to a 85" tv runs a greater risk of damage. It's silly.

My item left Chicago International Airport and went back to Charlotte NC, stayed 6 hours and went back to Toronto Canada. It then traveled back to NC, this time Asheville and now this morning it's in Covington KY/Cincinnati Airport where it was last week. So unnecessary!

Order was scheduled for delivery today between 0900-1300 here it is 30 minutes past the delivery time and nothing. No call, no show, nothing. Why waste someone's whole day to make them schedule a day and specific time and you not show up, you don't call, absolutely nothing to inform me where my item is. MDG may be a great place to order some smaller things from but they're not someplace I'd recommend buying larger items from. The shipping company they use (CEVA), is horrible. Not very happy at this minute. If my order isn't here by 1500 EST today, I'll refuse the delivery/order.

TV arrived, I underestimated how big this dang this is and couldn't use my fireplace entertainment center and had to put my kitchen table in the living room until my wall mount comes in. Seems to be working just fine. I'll post a picture below. For reference, my kitchen table seat 8 people, it's right at 6' long. The TV hangs over about 7-8" on either side.

Was iffy when I first came across mgd went ahead and did application was approved for 1900 bought a switch bundle takes a while to process and get order shipped about a week and half my package is due to be here today I can say I will continue to use the company for future purchases
Upon contacting MDG.com the process of price matching took a bit longer and the email chain was extensive. The interest rates are astronomical but in a world of credit it's to be expected. I received my computer within 14 days of first payment and it was more than I wanted to pay, but it was the best option for me at the time. They also promise to rebuild credit with on time payments. This is definitely what I needed too. Hopefully it's a win win
Theres a lot of red tape and hoops to jump thru but after that is done it is a very well oiled machine so to speak.

Overall good company so far order went through fast and shipped pretty fast for being so far away. The phone calls to set up the order were a little rushed but besides that it was a good experience.

You have to buy with the intention of paying sooner then the end date of contract. Otherwise you'll pay triple the price in interest. As for the items, they are exactly as shown. It a good compagny for people who wants to rebuild their credit.
