I have been a customer for about 20 years, and have had nothing but great experiences with MDG staff and products. And with their payment plans they make it so very easy. Truly one of the finer businesses out there.
Careless driver with MDG trucking, LLC cab and a rental 3892348. 4/11/24 in Florida ran family off road. Reckless, careless. Should be arrested.
The company os good but over prices there items. I would suggest they lower the intrest rates just slightly to make it more appealing.

If not for charging me $200 for shipping on my 65 inch TV and the order taking a week and a half to ship and over 2 weeks to get here I would have given you 5 stars. Plus when I called customer service to ask about this they rushed me and didn't seem like that wanted to help me.

I'm getting a gaming laptop and I have 5 weekly down payments before they'll consider shipping it but when I asked if I could put extra down on the down payment so I could possibly get it sooner I was told I couldn't and that I have to put down only the amount that was agreed upon and no extra even though their site specifically states that I can put extra down.
What kind of company is this? You would think that they would want there money but they make it drawn out and you can't even get your merchandise until you put a large sum of money down first. I have to wait over a month of down payments and then probably another 10 days from that for it to ship, more like almost 2 months if you ask me.
Seems a little strange to me...

I order the Switch for my son's Christmas gift. I was not happy when I was informed that I could not have the gift sent to him. Also, the only email that I receive was letting me know that merchandise has been shipped. But when, I go to UPS and put in the tracking number it doesn't show anything and so far, I haven't heard how soon I will receive merchandises.

I placed my order, couldn't get anyone to confirm my payment amount for 2 days, never got a call back from my account manager like I was told. Finally got to confirm my payment, said delivery would call to set up a time for delivery haven't received that call yet, but when tracking my order it said delivery due date was yesterday. As long as I get my product undamaged, in working condition before Christmas I don't care about none of the above. Lets see what is said when I call them today.

So I'm pretty disappointed in my laptop its not as useful as I thought it would be. I really needed a touch screen and for it to fold and become a tablet. I work with kids that are autistic and i do a lot of work that requires signatures is there is there any way that I can get a different lap top

Mdg site is easy to use and it's easy to order, but delivery company is joke. Especially since we paid a ridiculous amount for shipping. Only delivers to our area one day out of the week. Took of work that day because they couldn't do any others. Then they never showed up during time frame, only to call at 6pm that evening to say they couldn't find one of our items. Still without our purchase.

It took me a bit to decide to order something, but I eventually did. I would get a few calls daily from MDG to get me to place an order. Once I finally placed it and made my first payment, uploading proof it drafted from my account, it took almost 6 days for it to show up on their end. I sent multiple emails to my "rep" regarding this, but never once got a response. I am still waiting for the item to get here, but it seems that they will do everything to get a hold of you when you are approved, and want you to buy something, but as soon as that happens, they cut off communication and go to the next person. We will see how their communication is when I need something else, but since my order was placed, no one has responded to me or tried to contact me.

My product was undamaged but it came in the original box with no protective outer box with packing for safety. Also, coming in the original box, someone walking by could see it was an electronic and could've been more enticed to steal it. I'm happy with the product but please don't cheap out on shipping supplies.

So far the service has been great and I have not run into many issues but here are a few I did run into I recived damaged good returning it was impossible the monitor 27" was just bleeding color at the edges and even with extended warranty this made no difference on the cost to replace the monitor had to buy one local myself as shipping cost the same price as a new one was a better choice for me to just get one local everything els was ok I bought the "MDG Apton R7 2700 Desktop" this computer cost $800 more then its worth and comes with a 5 year old video card the rx 560 4g and no bloatware fresh install of windows 10 for the $1800 spent on this $1000 computer to get it to my door to have to upgrade the video card my first month just to play aaa titles with my brand new computer and i well have a review up on youtube sometime this week going over in detail inside and out of this perches should you use this option how despite are you to get a pc this was the only option i had at the time and with out options like this i would still not have a computer so the pros and cons of MDG are just as they are pros and cons more $ less quality and mid ranged service and being over charged but $1000 pc for $1800 and a monthly affordable option. And after using this option i would strongly suggest you to build your own that $800 worth of mistakes you can make and still save more messing up a bunch then you well save hassle with mdg

This company is great until you have a issue with payments i was switching bank accounts and i went online to update my banking info. They still processed the payment for the old account so that put my payment late and they decreased my available credit.

Ordered a matress and desktop they wanted me to make payments before recievingvproducts so i blocked pmts till after i did deposit 49 bux then when it shipped they wouldnt tell me how much pmts would be now they want 75 bucks every 2vweeks not gonna happen i got my matress and desktop finally talk about slow

Started off excellent. But after paying the deposit, took 6 days to verify that my payment cleared, even though I had linked my bank for them. I was told my items would ship on Wednesday... 2 days later account now shows order is processing again. If you're ordering as a gift as I did, plan FAR in advance.

It didnt take long to recieve my order... but i was missing a game that was part of the bundle. I messaged customer service yet still havent heard anything back. The speaker wont link to anything via the WI-FI only bluetooth. I love everything else and most of the service. Just could be a lil better.
