I had an issue contacted customer support and I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt and helpful response I received! I appreciated the level of care they showed and felt valued as a customer! So far, I am satisfied with the level of customer support provided!

This is a recovery scam company. Dont fall victims to them. They have their paid bots adding good reviews on scam websites about how they helped them recover their money. This is a way of these fraudsters to lure their gullible victims and conn them further. They will ask for thousands of dollars for stuff like extraction tools, encryption, wifi security, deposit etc (none of which will be informed to you in advance before you pay them the service fee of $500 leaving you with no other option but to proceed further), then they suggest to open an account on a phony crypto wallet like bitlabcoin (which they themselves control), extract your so called stolen money and when you try to withdraw the money the account will be locked and then you will be told to pay the processing fees and taxes of the tune of thousands of dollars in a last ditch effort to scam you. Thats when you will realize its all a scam. I lost around 10,000 dollars to them (paid to them via Paypal). For more details search online "pig butchering scams", even John Oliver recently did a piece on this type of scam on his show "Last Week Tonight". You will see all the scam victims have the same symptoms in common (unable to withdraw their money and being told to pay taxes before withdrawal).
