I purchased the dolphin T35 on 6/23/21 at Aqua leisure in Elmsford NY. At a later date, in July / August the coloring from the dolphin power cable came off and got transferred to my pool liner and stairs. My pool person Aquablu in Carmel, NY attempted to treat the blue stains by manually and chemically removing most of it. With all costs paid for by me. As directed by maytronics as reported on their claim form I was to send three months of pool chemical records, photos, proof of purchase etc. At a later date, they directed they wanted to inspect the dolphin and to allow three to four weeks' time for their inspection and will let me know when it's complete. The cost of shipping was paid by maytronics, in September I received their response all of which put no blame on them instead directed all the problems to conditions in my pool, and that maytronics shall not be responsible or liable under any circumstances for the damages caused by their product.

When I received the dolphin back in mid-September, I found their service statement stating they made repairs and replaced the power cable, power supply and Bushes to the dolphin, further stating their warranty expires 9/8 /2023. The bottom line is with all I had to incur with their product, my time, efforts, financial expenses etc. and the fact they refused any assistance to my expenses leaving me up the Creek without a paddle. I guess might makes right for them. Being located in Duluth GA, to recover any satisfaction would financially not be to my advantage.
