I sell my iPhone 8 to Max Trade Back LLC on May 6,2019 by summit to their website https://www.maxtradeback.com They email me the USPS shipping label to ship to their company address (see attached). May 10,2019, they received my iPhone 8. I email them to follow up no one reply. They did not pay me. They did not ship my device back to me. This company website still on, many new coming victims still can ship their device to this scam company by printing the free USPS shipping. I will update my review if they contact me.
Update: I got my phone back. Max Trade Back shipped it on May 17 with out email me. After I keep email them at *******@yahoo. Finally I got email from Brennan Brooks *******@yahoo.com said: "So sorry for any inconvenience, but as our previous message stated your device did not meet standards for purchase. Your device has been returned to you via USPS Priority Mail and was estimated for delivery today. We will look through our records to get you a tracking number. There is no need to make threats, your device is being promptly returned. Thanks"
I have no idea what this company did to my phone why they keep it one week with out update the process. They company did not have telephone number for me to call either.
This company SUCKS they tell how much they are going to give you for your items send you a return envelope to ship it to them and then you never hear from them AGAIN no response to emails nor a phone # you can call.
