They sell you faulty spares and then won't give refund or replacement. I had ordered two times, both times they the spares were faulty.
I have placed multiple orders from maxbhi, initially all the orders used to be a bit of medium quality product, which works. But from last two year, they are importing very low quality product from china or wherever, they just broke when you are placing in phone itself and since the replacement policy is send by yourself. They wont replace or receive package and this goes for a month following with super duper floppy customer care.
The only way to get refund of your products is to complain in consumer complaints and they understand and helps, but takes more time to resove.
This website is a complete scam. My Oppo A3s screen got damaged so I needed a replacement asap. Firstly the product was dispatched very late. Once I did receive it, it turned out to be a defective lcd screen. So did they purposely send me a defective product or did they not test the product before dispatch? Unbelievable. I completely lost trust and asked them for a refund. No reply from except some computer generated messages. They don't even pick up the phone. Don't waste your money with these frauds. Get your phone repaired at local repair shop they may charge a little more but at least your phone will be surely fixed.

I have placed order for two products and As one of product was wrongly selected. Even after providing correct information product is not shipped timely with other product. After a week product still not shipped. As I couldn't wait that longer requested for cancellation but customer support is pathetic. Never ever order anything from Maxbhi once you place order your money is gone. Even if product is of bad quality or before shipment you want to cancel Maxbhi will not support.

C11 has touch issues, note7s both batteries fail and phone switches after a few minutes, iPhone xr touch is not precise and has trouble typing. I love the price but the products are not upto mark. Maxbhi middle class logo k emotions se khel Raha hai. Yaha 1200 kese kamaye jate wo middle class person ho janta hai.

If you want to replace you have to pay for the courier charges also within 10days time frame. The support team is just awful. Never buy anything from their website providing bad quality. I got the confirmation of the order the very next moment. The next day i received a mail, that they have cancelled the order and transferred my amount to their wallet without my permission. I then placed request to refund the amount back to my account, that they committed to get my refund in 7-10 days. The same day i booked a complaint to them, for that they committed to reply in 72 hrs but didn't got any reply. But after several days i got a reply from mrs. Amitha sharma with apologies. But till now after 20 days the refund is not made by them. I have send a couple of mails after these, but there's no reply. Now i am really feeling that maxbhi.com is really a fraud site. I am planning to get legal help from this cheating activity. Also this may be tricky game of gathering the money from various orders, utilize them and refund only after long gap. It must also be noted that the money will be debited from our account within seconds as we click, but refund will come after several months, thus they get the chance to use our money.
