Very strong customer service commitment by their staff, especially the email response team and the online instant chat support agents. However, response to my message sent directly to the writer was not promptly forthcoming. I had to resend it for even the admin to notice and contact the primary writer via phone call. UPDATE: Their team contacted me and made it clear why there were delays in responding to my queries posted under the order page. It was all my bad!
They are very unfair in terms of how they price their papers. If it is the same cluster of writers handling all the papers, why are the higher level papers charged more? I paid for an order and selected an upper level, and 2 of my mates who ordered at a lower level received grades superior to mine, yet I was the one who paid a higher financial price.

Try and have enough live chat agents. I was on hold for longer than any paying customer should, especially a returning customer.

Maven Writers are OK, considering my expectations were to get ripped off and not receive any paper for my pay. Many online writing sites operate like such.

Why is marine engineering project priced different from the other papers? Don't they all involve researching online and presenting researched work in line with given instructions? Why is there double standards?

Better than the many I have unfortunately tried. They deliver god service, with good customer care, on time. I had to proofread and edit one or two sentences, but the work was genuinely good.

I have a lot of respect for the serious attitude that your team has, and for the level of professionalism you exude. I know this dissertation was demanding and required not just extensive research, but more importantly experience and familiarity with UK Law. The only issue is that I didn't get why there were so many deliveries in between placement of the order and final deadline. Yes, I specified progressive delivery, but 2 or 3 would have been enough. There was actually little difference between the 3rd and the 4th documents I received.
This is the first ever paper I have received from an online writer that is straight to the point and rich in depth.
