Their market is not quality but to move product. Once product is out the door and if your not satisfied, the goat rope begins. It takes numerous amounts of photos at various angles to prove defects in the products before returning. In reality they know, different individuals have various comfort levels in adjusting to any mattress. Bottom line; you have to prove deficiency in the product before this company will accept returns. The best lesson is a bought one and paid the price on a 100lb queen size paper weight. I'll never purchase another mattress unless I have at least a unconditional return contract agreement. Fool me once, shame on me. I won't recommend this company to anyone. Consumer beware!... Read the fine print in the return policy.

I hope there was an option to give 0 stars... I wanted to buy a mattress and adjustable bed for a long time. Google suggested to go for mattress firm so I started to look for the available options on the website. For assistance, I started chatting with the sales person and he was really patient. He even did the amazon price matching. All is good I was promised that the items will be delivered in 7-10 days. Mattresses arrived... but the bed base... there is no update about that. I have asked the customer care twice about rest of the order. Every time their answer is -Sorry, we don't know the status of the order... plus they 'Lied' to me that they have created a case for my inquiry and will get back to me 'soon'. Yesterday someone from customer care told me that no case was created for my inquiry. They just don't know for some reason - where is the rest of the order. All that customer care say is sorry... which I am sure they are not. I really regret trying mattress firm. What a terrible way to treat customers. They are really good and patient when you are giving them money... and after that... your suffering is really not their problem. My point is that I ordered from mattress firm... I don't care about who the end vendor is... My point of contact is mattress firm and Its their responsibility to update any problem with the order.Its my fault for choosing the wrong option.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased an Infinity massage chair from mattress firm (not sold at all locations) This place is based on sales people trained to totally scam customers anyway possible into making a sale! If you purchase a used or floor model they will tell you it is an as-is purchase yet they will sell you an extended warranty. Now if the item you purchased has an issue they wont honor the warranty and tell you to deal with the manufacturer but the manufacturer will tell you they dont repair or replace floor models reguardless of your purchased warranty! Catch 22 and a scam! DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH MATTRESS FIRM! Not to mention they have the worst customer service attitude on the planet and will tell you they already have your money, too bad! Horrible!

We went in to mattress firm store on Contra Costa Blvd. In Pleasant hill Ca. Intending on just browsing for new mattress. The sales person Shelby was so adept and knowledgeable in answering our questions. He was so patient and professional that we were able to find just what we were looking for purchasing quality merchandise at a very reasonable price. Very nice to receive such an enjoyable and satisfying experience. Thanks Shelby and mattress Firm! Carla and Steve.

David and I much appreciated the time and attention of Tom Drew in the Norwalk, CT, store. Tom listened to our needs, let me try out the mechanical box spring, and then gave us a few days to think about our decision. We are pleased with the King "box spring" that we can raise or lower; the next day delivery was prompt and the two men were careful and courteous; and Tom suggested other products, such as sheets and mattress protector, that we might find useful. I want to thank the both of you for your time, patience and wealth of knowledge, you sold us exactly what we needed and were very fair about it. Our shopping experience couldn't have been more pleasurable. In addition I would also like to thank you for the courteous and respectful workers that delivered the mattress and adjustable frame. Bought a cheaper bed from Mattress Firm. I have a hill in the middle of it. I have bought from them before and was happy at that time. Over a week ago they did honor their 120 day warranty. I bought a better bed. Delivery got all messed up and they said next week. Haven't heard a thing. Still sleeping on the hill. They advertise same day delivery. Not even a week for me. MONEY spent and no bed. All the phone numbers have same message and cant reach anyone. Store does not answer phone. Yes, if i get my bed i felt the custmer service in the store was good, but please answer the phone all the way from corporate to the store. Extremely frustrated and tired.

We have a mattress and box springs that we bought from Mattress Firm. While I was rotating the mattress as instructed, the stitching on the underside of the mattress broke and left a 6" gaping hole, When I called the warranty people, they want to charge me $25 to do a "self Inspection" or $50 if they come to do an "inspection" of my mattress. They also will charge $80 me to have them come and pick up our defective mattress. Of course, these charges were not explained to us when we purchased the set.

While the chat function was easy, the sale completed and the delivery set up, the delivery never showed, even after emailing us a window. We ordered expedited service due to time constraint. After not showing, the company did nothing to correct, other than to tell me that it would take another 8 days to deliver. Moreover, when I called to check on what happened, I was on hold for over 30 minutes, and again used chat function. Left phone on during process and no one still picked up. Unfortunately, this is not a company I would recommend if you need something quick.
