This review is late in coming because the day after delivery (2/22) I had colon cancer surgery and face more cancer surgery on 4/28. The incorrect foundation mattress was delivered and I need this error to be handled soon. It might be a good idea to schedule pick up and redelivery of the correct size next week after my surgery. Bought a mattress from mattress firm the mattress is firm too firm it's like a rock it wasn't like that within the first 120 days but as I slept on it it got worse also it bunches up in the middle when it's on my adjustable bed they told me that it was good for adjustable beds if I had paid four or five hundred dollars then that would be okay but I paid $1,000 for this bed and I'm still paying on it with no interest I have reached out to customer service they gave me a number I talked to this woman she told me she relayed the message she did we've been emailing back and forth she tried calling me I couldn't get to the phone quick enough but I called her back so far I'm into about five or six different calls and emails and she's not answering my calls or emails I will not recommend then for anything or anyone unless there's some kind of restitution for me I am a senior and I shouldn't have to go through this
Hello Karen from Indiana here. I called the 800 number because the website wasn't working correctly and would not let me finish the purchase of a king size matress and free adjustable base. I spoke with Michael O'Mealey, wow what an employee he is! I can't say good enough things about him and how pleasant and knowledgable he was during the purchase. You better take care of this Associate because he was so awesome!
You will not have phone communications, only chatting if there are issues. Once ordered you can't cancel even in next 5 min. Not worth of time and hassle.
Before buying a new bed, I researched several brands and companies. I decided to purchase a hybrid memory foam over coil Simmons from Mattress Firm because of the "sleep guarantee" for 3 months. Plus they had a decent deal on the bed and 0% financing. However after only 1 yr, the center of the bed has a depression in the middle, so bad that you feel like you are rolling towards the center all the time. I contacted the sales people who suggested I file a warranty claim on the Mattress Firm website. They also told me it was unlikely I would get anything for the warranty... well they were right! Nothing! I submitted the pictures requested in exactly the manner they requested on the website. After a few days, they told me that the bed had "normal wear". Im not sure how they can tell that when the top of the bed has memory foam and looks brand new?!? Its the coil structure that feels like it failed. I even said that in the original request. So buyer beware they DO NOT stand behind their product. After 90 days you are stuck.
Had a bad experience 3 yrs ago but thought I would try again. Mistake. They didn't deliver when they were suppose to. Called and they they said they would deliver the next week. When I asked why the delay they couldn't or wouldn't tell me. Told me the same process as the first time. When I asked what would be different this time they had no answer. Additionally I was suppose to have been given a $70 credit because the sales person put the wrong price on the initial agreement but it was not caught until after the CC had been processed. They said the credit would be sent back to the CC. A week later and still haven't seen it. Called and they said give it more time. Asked to speak to the manager and got the same run around. Asked for his supervisors name and number and he refused to give it to me. They tell you anything to make the sale but then you are on your own if you believe anything they promise.
No show no call on delivery of mattresses, said I could drive 40 miles and pickup so I did that,got there and someone online canceled the order so now they want me to pay for the mattresses for a second time and I never recieved my refund for the 1st purchase. I'm out $1800,took a day off work, 12hr days at $38 a hr. Then drove 80 miles round trip in truck to get matresses at $3.29 a gallon for gas ANOTHER $70.STILL NO MATTRESSES, SO THIS IS DIFFENTLY GOING TO THE LAWYERS OFFICE FOR A LAW SUIT AND REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. On November 2022 my husband and I went to try the Tempurpedics in the store. We made the mistake of purchasing the ProAdapt through them. We had the mattress 21 days and decided it was not for us as it did not feel the same as in the store. We called to have the mattress returned and was told it would be a 500.00 restocking fee and 99.00 pickup fee. We were not told any of this information beforehand and did not know until we wanted to return the mattress. Customer beware of this shady outfit.
I ordered a mattress on June 2nd and shortly canceled the order. The delivered the mattress anyway. The order was returned on June 18th.
They still have not refunded the order. I have made several attempts to reach out but only have been informed that a message was sent to the accounting office. So they are either extremely slow in refunding the order or it is essentially theft.
I am assuming that there is nothing Adam could do as he is probably not authorized or have access to help this out any further, so my review/statement is directed at the management and company of Mattress Firm: You need to rethink the way you do business with your customers. Shifting the responsibility of your mistake onto your customers or their banks shows dishonesty and makes for impossible customer loyalty. This correspondence has all the tell-tale signs of a rotten business culture, where Sales and Marketing are king and a ‘closed sale' is less than an afterthought. My business with Mattress Firm is almost nothing from an monetary point of view, but its clear from this experience that Mattress Firm is not in it for the long haul and their corporate policies are the cancer which will ultimately be the end of them. Its Ironic that a company that prides itself on providing comfort does so they same way a slime-ball at the bar will say anything to close the deal, knowing full well that that when the transaction is complete they'll sneak out the back window leaving any mess and responsibility behind.
Went to the Dorchester store, and was greeted by Nicole S. She was knowledgeable, relatableand. I felt comfortable and most of all not pressured. I explained what i was looking for and issues with my back. She had shown me some options that meet my needs, j recieved my bed and enjoying sleep on a new level. Thqnk ypu Nicole

Bought a $100 memory foam pillow didn't like it after 2 days they wouldn't give me my money back now I'm stuck with a pillow I don't want... and I'm not going to pay for it cuz they didn't want to give me a refund. Buy with caution..
I ordered a mattress and it was too hard so I utilized the 120 day replacement policy. I ordered a softer mattress and paid the restocking fee, delivery fee, etc. I swear this new mattress must be a factory second or a used mattress. It sags in the middle so badly that two people in the bed roll to the center. The stitching on the pillow top is already coming undone. They won't honor the warranty because the law tag is gone. I didn't remove the tag! Mattress Firm says they wouldn't have shipped without the law tag. I checked and every single mattress in my house has the tag, yet the only tag I removed is on the shoddy mattress that is falling apart? I sincerely think they shipped a used mattress. Now I'm out $2,000. Heading to Raymour and Flannigan today to buy a mattress. I recommend you do the same.
Horrible experience My husband Purchase a temper Pedic mattress hybrid medium firm is like we are sleeping on piece foam not a mattress it gets really hot at night plus it sinks where me and my husband sleep mattress firm said they can't help us temper Pedic said they can't help know we stuck with a mattress that we pay every month the cost of this mattress was almost 4000 in pain every day because we dint bring the mattress back in a 120 days what is going on in this country. In Monday 4/11 /22 go to university park way and buy a mattress with tommy he are very nice, I pay my mattress totally but in home I check first received my order in 6/11/22 two and a half months later and other is I pick up in store?

Bought a queen beauty rest mattress within a day the bed was sinking in four spots, called the store the next day and said they couldn't do anything about it I had to file a claim. Claim went through and I got to pick a new mattress after hassles, we'll come to find out the new mattress does the same thing. So called mattress firm again remind you it has only been 3 months maybe not even at this point. I told them I am done I just want to return it and be over and done with this. He said nope that's not an option because it's from the outlet. I don't care where anything is from if a company is selling defective expensive furniture that people have to sleep on and trusted these people when helping pick out a bed I haven't ever experienced anything like this and now I'm stuck with a $1,300 bed that I can't do anything with. This is not how you run a business especially when it comes to something people rely on daily like a good nights rest. It's just sad they are ok doing this. Don't let them get you.
I purchased a mattress and adjustable base on 5/7/2022. I was never told that the adjustable base was nonrefundable. Please don't purchase any products from this company, YOU WILL REGRET IT. AND YES, I did read my contract. The contract stated that the adjustable base is not part of the 120 days trial, it doesn't state you can't return the item. Thanks
Spent $1200 for a queen mattress and box spring last June and within months the center of the mattress collapsed, We filed the "Warranty claim" and it was denied on some technicality about the frame not having the right support even though the mattress is sitting on THEIR box spring. They will use any excuse to deny your warranty claim. A TOTALLY OBVIOUS SCAM BUSINESS TO GET YOUR MONEY ANY WAY THEY CAN AND THEN DISAPPEAR. AND you will NEVER get to talk to a human being at Customer Service. And the store folks will tell you they can't help you. Once they have your money they become a brick wall. STAY AWAY!
Answer: Who knows? They say 7 days, but that's 7 days AFTER they process your refund request which takes however long they feel like taking.
