So I use my (One) Mastercard for Direct Deposits. My friend sent $40.00 through Cash App. Someone stole the $40.00 and will not put it on my Direct Deposit card. The person also claimed that I had applied for a (One) Mastercard and I got denied. Why in the world would I apply for a Credit Card?I don't do that type of credit. I think the Representative stole the $40.00 and put my info down for a new card! I did not authorize this! I gave them my Direct Card number and they still cannot put the stolen funds back on the card! So sad! They admitted that they were having trouble with Cash App. I asked the Rep when will the problem get resolved? He said that he didn't know...Today, tomorrow,
When ever.it has been 3 weeks! Give me my money!

I own a multi million dollar business. I have applied for a bass pro Master card. Tried to use it, it would not work. Called the number on the back of the card. Got the fraud dept. This is the second time trying to get this card. They told me that I wasn't me. Than who the hell aim i? I have plenty of credit cards to choose from that know it is me. They gave me a hard time to the point I closed the account before it opened. Master card for $50.00 bass pro has lost another customer. Nice job keep up the good work. Why don't you tell bass pro what you are doing? They most likely will go back to VISA.

I have been a Mastercard customer for around 20 years. I had not received a replacement so I called, 1 Hour wait for customer service, a rep answered who had a very thick accent, said a replacement would be sent out if I did not activate it my account would be frozen the end of the month, I said fine. The next day I had to spend the night in a hotel due to work being done at home. I go to the hotel, was told my credit card was declined, call mastercard, spent another hour on the phone, they told me my account was frozen I said turn it back on I have to spend the night in a hotel they said no, the best they could do is send out a new card the next day, I also had other payments scheduled to go out on the card in the next day or two. I had to send a notice to everyone saying no not charge my card. I said forget it to customer service do not want to do business with you anymore. I was a loyal customer, always paid my bills on time, Mastercard first customers second = no more mastercard.

Not pleased

I tried.to use my gift card at a coen gas station and wasn't able to use it. I came home very upset.
