The person that helped me was very attentive to my needs and spent about 20 minutes on the telephone making sure that I got exactly what I needed. He also walked me through how to replace the part. I received the 2 parts I needed in about 3 days and I put them right in. Works perfect. Thanks for great help

Great parts. Great service.The order was a little messed up. The part I ordered was the right part number but the wrong part showed up. All the other parts where correct. I called and a replacement part was shipped to me. This time it was the correct part. The part in question was a tiny spring. The website has great pictures and layouts to order the parts you need. So in my case it was just a matter of some how the wrong spring got into the order. Very happy with the prices, speed of shipping, and service.

Good search website for various marine outboard and inboard engines. Easy search of most industry OEMs with easy search with your engine serial number. Provides diagrams to enable searching the right part followed by list of parts from OEM and after market providers.
I ordered a water pump kit and didn't receive the pump. I ordered a trim tab and received two. I would like help to correct this order. Thank you.

I originally purchased from Marine engine a piston that I incorrectly ordered and was an oversize piston instead of standard for my outboard 200 horse Evinrude. First because I had to have the piston for replacement and to get back running I immediately reordered the correct piston which was a standard size. Then I contacted the company with their return policy, made them understand that I incorrectly ordered the wrong part, followed instructions and returned the piston with complete credit. Nice to deal with a company that you can trust.
Took 11 calendar days to get a few parts that could have been taped to a piece of paper and sent 1st class mail taking 2 or 3 days. We have a short summer north of the 45th parallel.
