Terrible product; pulled my hair, caused ingrown hairs ect. I wanted to return it, and they never got back to me with a label.
Then, 2 months later i get a random charge from them for 16 dollars for something they claim i signed up for. They told me to log in to cancel but i do not have an account. They have no phone number so nothing you can do

Aside from all the cuts and pulls, the lawnmower 3.0 stopped working on the second use. I've reached out and yet to hear back. Not holding my breath.

Great product that looks sleek and refined. The toner and deodorant are also fantastic and I use them at least twice a day to keep feeling fresh and clean. They also smell good and not overpowering. I've had no fear with the razor catching any hairs or skin. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a way to revitalise your danglies.
I ordered the Weedwacker earlier this year and absolutely love it. I work from home and more times than i like to admit I find the weedwacker in my nose or in my ear. It not like the cheap ones that just eat batteries. The rechargeable feature is king. It doesn't pull or tear nose hairs causing the eyes to water. I've since bought the Lawnmower 4.0 with the shed and kit. Awesome package. Keep it up.

**UPDATE** 9/13/2021
I did receive my order on Saturday. It would have been helpful for someone to respond, or even to set the expectation that it was going to be delivered USPS.
I pleased that it has arrived, however, having a lack of communication and customer service is horrible when things do not work, or expectations are unclear.
I will update once I have used the trimmer.

I have placed an order, paid, then never received anything regarding the deliver of my device. I have gotten onto their website after a bit of aggravation, resetting passwords with my email, then coming to find that I had not registered. (Yeah, I had a hand in that irritation.) Now the website says my device is delivered. I emailed immediately. I looked for a number. Called. Laughable "service" line which says go to the website. No response. No trimmer. No nothing. I hope the product is ridiculous, because this is the worst service I believe I have ever experienced.
Charged me $25 for no reason and didn't ask permission. Just took it out of my account for no reason. I cant log into my account to chase it up because my password doesn't work and when i reset the password it still wont let me in. I've chased up a refund but no reply at this point to the multiple emails I've sent out.
Terrible all round the the electric razor itself definitely isn't worth it. Don't be fooled by the marketing.

I love all of your products and have been faithful, repeat costumer I own all you're man gear. But I found out that if you get rained on like soaked in shorts the ball toner becomes milking and will run Down your legs. Trust me it happened to me at an amusement park it wasn't cool man.
First of all what can't this thing do? I have never been able to groom so easily. Face, head, privates, chest. It does it all with no problem. Next it's completely water proof is a huge plus. And its nearly impossible to cut yourself with it. You almost have to try and if you are trying to cut yourself maybe get a different razor. Its even has a light!? Yes a light so you can see anything you miss. Might be the greatest product I have ever ordered. The other items in the package are terrific as well! If your like me and your girlfriend loves a well groomed man get this. She will be all over you. PS dont let her try to use it she might steal it. Great product and even better company.

Worst experience ordering something online by far. Most likely when I get a response they will say that is COVID-19 fault... But honestly, how can take more than 15 days to just processing an order, or more than 3 days to answer an email...

Shaves nearly as close as I'd want it to. Easy to use and mantain. Like the light, could be a bit brighter. Need a guard that allows you an even closer shave without having to risk going without a guard. But it surprised me how remarkable good it is, actually!

I was hesitant on spending money on a process I've been doing with an extra pair of clippers and razor, which at times was scary. Several friend highly recommended Manscaped products, so I decided to give it a try. I got the 4.0 Performance Package, but was really interested in the lawnmower. The lawnmower was better than I thought. It was smooth mowing with no scary of being cut. I feel I can do a whole dance routine while using the lawnmower. Everything that came with the package did it's job as well
