I placed a order on July 5th. Never received any notification of it being shipped or a estimated shipping date by July 10th so I tried calling. Can't talk to a live representative. I received a text telling me they ain't summit or Jegs. I was like excuse me? I never said nothing about them. I just want to know when my order will be shipped. Never received a apology or reson. By July 16th I'm livid because I still have yet to receive any information on my item being shipped. They have a light attitude yet tell me they will ship it by Friday today or Monday. I tell the guy can you please push for Friday. He said for sure. So I patiently wait till today. I reach out to them to see if it will be shipped today. The guy tells me no. He's don't know when it will be shipped. I had enough of waiting. I can't drive my car till I get this part. Now I canceled my order and I lost out on the sale price. I paid over 2,300 dollars for this part and they hardly showed any appreciation. Instead I got the "well we're not Summit" line. I didn't say nothing about Summit. All in all I'm upset with the customer service and how they showed no effort to try and Prioritize my order since I had paid so much and had been waiting over 2 weeks to get shipped and still couldn't get a straight answer. I'll never give them my business again and don't reach out to me cause I don't care to hear what you have to say.
