The whole urn arrived intact, undamaged, and fast. Wood color and material is beautiful. The artist picked a good background color for the writings that paired well with the picture. The picture was printed on a board-like sturdy material. It helped a lot because some holy water got between the photo and glass in the ceremony. We were worried that the photo was damaged. The board-like backing of the material allowed us to simply wiped the water off and aired dry. I feel happy that I chose a beautiful urn for my sister. Mainly Urn is far better than the other suppliers.

I needed a name for the flag case of my husbands flag.

Unfortunately, I had to order this for my 17-year-old dog who has passed away. I was extremely nervous to order this urn because there were no reviews but I am so glad I did because the quality is amazing! I also ordered the custom nameplate and everything came out fantastic. One thing to note is that the nameplate ships separately from the Urn so you will need to stick in on yourself. The nameplate comes with an adhesive backing but mine unfortunately didn't sit flush in the dedicated spot on the Urn so I wanted to add some extra support. This was an easy fix with some gorilla glue and patience. I used the gorilla glue for added adhesion and to fill in any air gaps between the nameplate and the stone. Overall, I am extremely happy with this Urn and within one day of ordering, I had the nameplate proofs in my email for me to confirm and everything was shipped and delivered within a week. The staff and customer service at Mainly Urns are truly unmatched and responded to my questions and concerns within hours! Thank you so much for providing me with a quality Urn to remember my beloved dog by!

I thought the order was going to be 4 bags, I only received 1 bag, the largest. I only needed a small bag. The bag is nice and the stitching is well done, just not what I needed as far as size.
