The Nameplate I ordered for My Father's Urn was perfect. However, Fed-Ex did not deliver on time and we were unable to place the nameplate with my Dad's Urn at Interment. Mainely Urns went above and beyond to work on delivery and communicated every step of the way. Mainely urns gets an A+ Fed=ex gets an F!

Received a lot sooner than expected. Quality piece of jewelry and engraving was really good. Paw print was exact. Only problem was whoever packed it, just kinda threw it in the velvet bag and chain was tangled up in the draw strings. Took couple minutes to untangle but nothing was broke. When you spend that much, you'd expect a little care taken.
