I love their affordable wireless phone plans, but now they are shutting down. I hope they will keep the landline service for yrs to come because I have been with them for over 10 yrs. And I don't want to look for another carriers.
It is the worst experience. Called 12 times to try to speak with billing department and was never about to be connected to the Billing Dept. Send an email requesting a call from Billing Department and simply received a standard email response. It seems that all services are routed to Off Shore and you can never get a USA representative on the phone. I can call my local representative and am able to speak with their representative than I can with the Billing Dept.

Magic Jack is one of the best provider for VOIP telephony. Our office use their service and they have best plans on market.

From past 3 days starting 7/18/2019
Magicjack is blocking calls from google as verification code. I am not able to receive my two factor verification code. I would like to MagicJack support work on it and check what is the problem.
The Two factor verification code is sent from google end but messages are not coming to MagicJack.
I've had the magicjack 2 years an works great, took my long distant off my house phone. I live in missouri an call all my friends all over the USA no charge
