How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at MagicJack?

You can chat, but you will not get any help. Everything is impossible at MagicJack! The only answer is always NO.

Was unable to activate service so I went to chat who referred me to a cell phone tech, i think that is when my problems started I was referred to a cell phone tech to activate service for a land line phone
