I was sent an item not ordered and charged. Company said they would pay for returning shipping and credit my account. Nothing in two weeks time. I have contacted them a total of four times and still no action. Would never buy from them again.
Placed an order Dec 26th still not shipped as of Jan 6th 2024. Customer service said on Jan 3 they would ship in 24 to 48 hours that time has passed. The items will now be too late for the event I ordered them for. Will contact my credit card company for a refund
This company treats their customers badly. Accidentally bought the wrong sized tool and immediately contacted customer service via the chat on their webpage. I asked if I could exchange it for the correct size and be invoiced for the difference and they said no. I asked to cancel my order and they refused. Poor customer service. Beware.

I have been honestly shopping with Madam Sew for nearly a year now, have probably spent at least 200-300. So far no problems. I feel they are an excellent company. They have shipped quickly and I feel like they have a high quality with their products. So far no complaints.
My package arrived today in the typical packaging of a drop-shipping service. The package literally said that it came from the Qinghai Province, even though MadamSew claims to be an American company. Within the parcel, my items were crushed too.
