Absolutely the worst sales staff I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. Spoke with John, over the phone, and was assured that a vehicle I was interested in purchasing was still available, the night before making the trip to see it. Confirmed we were talking about the same vehicle via their stock number. The next day, he again confirmed I was coming to take a look at the vehicle. When I showed up, I was told that the vehicle had been sold the night before! I wasted a vacation day and a 3 hour round trip. Absolute Sleazebags! ! I'm being extremely conservative with my wording here!
Buyer beware, I believe the correct terminology is "Bait and Switch"!
