Claim Your BusinessLux Mobile has a rating of 1 star from 1 review, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases.
Don't believe the reviews that are posted on their site or Facebook ads. Those are fake. Search the internet for independent review sites, and note that what you see on those sites is completely opposite from what Lux lists on their fake review sites. After having our device for less than 30 days it broke. Because the order date and the actual date that we received the device we different, Lux would not honor their 30 day warranty (since from the order date it was technically longer than 30 days, although from the received by date it was less). Regardless, what type of reputable company offers only a 30 day warranty? After contacting Lux, they offered us a half-off coupon to purchase another device, but given that the first one we bought broke so fast, and given that they would not offer any type of warranty beyond 30 days, why would we throw more money to them? We then started searching the internet for reviews/experiences (we first relied on the reviews via their Facebook ads and their website) and we quickly found that what people were saying on independent review sites did not match what was listed on Lux's controlled sites. FAKE REVIEWS? BEWARE. I soooo wanted their device to work, but the quality was horrible, and the customer service worse.
