Firstly, our wigs are 100% human hair, which has been our promise all these years. Please do not worry on this. Sorry that we couldn't find your order number with the informations left, we are not able to look into the problem detailedly. But according to the picture provided, please kindly note that colored wig tends to dry out easily and needs more hair care compared to the regular natural black units. Normally our wigs could last for more than one year under proper care. We would love to provide some hair care tips if necessary.
Secondly, we are grateful when customers are willing to give our products a try. We totally understand the feelings when the product didn't meet the expectations.
