I've bought 4 wigs from them and still have not learned my lesson till now. No way they are selling real hair. After the initial wash, the hair goes downhill. It mattes up so badly that I have to soak the hair in water and mousse to loosen it up. I was so embarrassed when my hair lady sent me a picture after she washed the wig. She wanted to show me that she did nothing wrong. The hair looked like a dry matted mess. I've spent too much money on Luvme to be getting trash hair like this. They won't get another cent out of me. They also don't allow bad reviews on their website so it leads you to think that they have no complaints. I wrote a long review only for it to be rejected. They then had the audacity to write me an email about how to care for the hair. IT'S FAKE, therefore I don't need any instructions. I'm done with Luvme and y'all should be too. I wish I would've taken a picture of the matted mess but the hair attached is hair I pulled out of the garbage, I flushed most of it.
I ordered over 10 different wigs from this site and was NEVER disappointed! You can curl them, color them, straighten or however you choose to style your wig. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with your purchase and you will be returning back for more!

The hair is soft, the cut is amazing and if you're not experienced like me this is the wig for you! I took it straight out the box and only had to do a quick straighten other than that the wig is perfect.

I love everything, from the beautiful packaging, the gifts (makeup bag, rat tail, hair wax, clip, and Bobbie pins, and let's not forget the curling iron! I ordered the glueless wig in 12 inches and i fell in love with it straight out the box but i did hot curl it for a tighter curl and it looks so natural! I have gotten so many compliments and i will be ordering again.
I'm sooo happy I was able to get these deep wave bundles, and make it into a wig cause I've wanted it for a while. It's now my favourite hair from Luvme out of the four units I've gotten from them, and I absolutely love the other ones too, so that's saying something. I can always trust Luvme.
This company is pretty great, i like that the seller keeps in contact with you even after receiving the package to make sure everything is okay. It came packaged beautifully! I thought I was opening a gift. The hair itself is so soft and it doesn't shed at all. I was able to bleach it and die it and its still just as soft. I love this hair, definitely recommend!
I like the jerry curl wig that I got! The hair is very soft and the curls are perfect. However, the description says it'll last a year. I really don't think that's the case. Maybe six months tops. It's a nice wig, but I don't think it's made for longevity.
I have ordered from the company 3 times and was pleased with the wig but really impressed with the 2 to 3 day delivery. My most recent order placed for 3 wigs and after waiting 8 days I chatted with support to be told its now coming from China and orders will now take 4-6 weeks. I explained I leave in 3 days for a 10 day cruise and will be out of the country and that the website should updated the customer prior to taking my money. She wants me to wait on then return it. I had to have a chat argument as I said I will not be responsible for the product being left outside my door and insisted they should contact the shipper and refund my money. Due to the deceptive website and poor customer service I will no longer order from Luvmehair. Buyer beware! Great thing is my money is good any where
I got the 12 in. It's definitely giving what it's suppose to give. This wig looks natural and the bangs fall perfectly. Stiff where? This hair is soft & moves when I move. It's beginner friendly, so you don't have to do much, just flat iron and go. I definitely recommend this wig ladies.

I definitely recommend this company! The wig comes super fast, no funny smell the units are so easy to dye it takes the color well! This is my second unit and I'll definitely continue to support this company!
I have been trying to get in touch with them for over a week now after I received an email about them needing a copy of my drivers license and credit card. Yet, you can email me and text me at 4oclock in the damn morning. Answer your phone oops you can't because one is a non working number and the other a Google voice message

Just received my 2 units this one I favor most (200% density amall bouncy curly frontal lace)! It's so curly and bouncy and I love how it absorbs moisture not leaving my shoulders wet! It's so pretty I can't wait to take my senior college photos in it tomorrow. This is my fourth wig from LuvmeHair, and I must say you guys will continue to have my business. This was my very first time purchasing a wig online and I love my wig. The quality and texture of the wig was great. I have little to no shedding. I've washed it using the instructions and it's been great. I only rated them 4 stars because the wig didn't lay flat on my head. It fit perfectly from ear to ear however there was a little gathering at the front of the wig. It made my work just a little harder but I still love it!
This was the first time I ordered from Luvme and I was nervous but they did not disappoint! The wig is so easy to put on and honestly one of the most comfortable wigs I have owned. Maybe because of the headband I am not sure but it is also very lightweight which I love and I got a 20 inch headband wig, and it is very full. I really appreciated the fact that they included several beautiful headbands to start me out, I have bought many more. The wig is more versatile as a "headband" wig because I can put it up in a full pony tail or half ponytail and I love that! Highly recommend this company! I also loved the fact that I got my wig in only 4 business days after ordering! I will be ordering more hair from them :)
I purchased the 20 inch deep wave headband wig. The look and feel is soft and natural. L am so in love with this unit. The quality is absolutely amazing. Even the packaging is beautiful and top notch. I recieved several stylish headbands but I even love it with just the black band that comes on the unit. Some in US and some in China. Our system will randomly select the warehouse after receiving an order. But no matter which warehouse is being selected, we will need 1 business day to process the order and provide 4-6 business day shipping.
If the order is on the way, we might not be able to cancel the order. So we would suggest our customers email us to start the return upon receipt. But if they are not able to receive the orders, we will also try best to reach out to the shipping company and let them redeliver the parcel to our warehouse.
