We ordered a canvas framed wall art of an Indian woman. We paid 325 is dollars. So we looked up the track and tracé nr. We noticed it ws shipped from China amd we worried it was a cheap Alie express item. We wrote them to cancel the order but they never responded anymore. Not on Facebook. They removed my post. Not via messenger. Not via email. The paining was under 20 euro on alie express. They purchase all their products there and sell them as they are ordered by people. When you order a product they then order it on Alie amd use your address to ship to. For many dollars extra. I thought I purchased a geniun peace of art from Canada. We like the idea. What a scam. The painting did arive after 8 weeks and it does look good. But the price we paid and the fact they ignored us when we wanted to cancel our order is very unprofessional.
