Placed few orders on their website, they ship fast and packages arrived around 3 days. When there comes defect issue I contacted their customer service. They replied me fast in the same day and send me a replacement without any charge. I could tell how valuable they treat me as a customer I was so satisfied with their service!

No communication

I ordered a figure in march of 23 for a may 23 release, here it is January of 24 still haven't received it with no communication from them & no way to reach them. Their customer service is not working & can't find a phone number or email to use.

Purchased leafa figma from Lunar. The figure is authentic since they are Good smile partner store. The customer service is excellent, helped me to change my shipping address fast and I received Leafa in only 2 days. Wow... Fantastic!

I placed three orders with this store. Two were canceled because it turns out the store wouldn't get their preorder figures after all. Whatever, things happen. The last order came with a completely different figure! The company emailed each person who received the preordered figure and said that they KNEW it was wrong, sent it out anyway, and said if we had a problem with it we could ship it back. I just canceled my remaining orders with the store. I've also spread word to my friends not to shop there.
