Luckyland is a joke and they need to be shut down I will do everything in my power to make that happen I have won 4 times and never have I seen a sent the latest one was 1.500.00 and they cam e up with everything they could and I am still trying to get paid I know nobody gets payed that's what they do they have nobody to talk to except for fake emails support team which is automated so it's just a computer thing the phone number it comes back than old man the address for luckyland in LA is a pharmacy in a strip mall anybody says they have gotten paid is a liar it's a scam my paper work is in line they have no reason not to pay the only reason I gave them a star is because you have to give them something to leave a review I would give them 0 stars how is this ok to steal from so many people and we do nothing let's change that let's get our money back I smell a law suit let me know this is the free country we don't let places like this rip us off I'm all in anyone else

You can't win anything on this site, they give you a 30% discount so you put in $21, they give you $30, but can't win even a penny all the way to zero! They also mess with the algorithm if it's going to give you free spins, it freezes and throws you out of the site, really bad site. Don't waste your money! Keep in mind luckyland and chumba are one and the same they both are horrible!

This site is an absolute rip off do not recommend I won 3600 went to redeem they rejected my request! I emailed them they asked for my bank info to confirm my bank today I got a call from my bank that a 3600 dollar transaction was trying to process from Wyoming (I live in Kentucky) just convenient the same amount I won is trying to be taken out of my bank in the same time frame this lady said I would have my money. Yesterday I won over 10,000 on Lucky Land I went to cash out they said it would be in my bank within 1 to 7 days I woke up this morning tried to get on and my accounts deactivated they said that I violated there rules they said I have multiple accounts which I do not and they will not open it back up so don't trust them don't put money into here because they might not pay you they come up with reasons on why they can't not happy with them at all so be careful Don't waste your money on this one

I made several purchases at Luckyland and one purchase for $49 was improperly processed by my bank and declined by no fault of my own. When I found out I immediately contacted customer service and advised them of the bank error and offered to pay it right then by another method or have the payment reprocessed and they told me not to worry about because they show no denials. I tried to explain and make this right and they refused and blew me off. Later when they denial was received by them they recharged my card for the payment and weeks later charged me a $30 fee weeks later was after I advised them of my gambling addiction and closed my account permanently when I lost all my money. So even though I tried to resolve the payment before it was an issue and was blown off and even though they knew I was suffering from addiction and was broke, took another $30 from me to add insult to injury and further bankrupt me. What kind of company would do that knowing all these facts. What else are they capable of doing?

Then, when/if you do finally get a bonus, the win is 1.25x. It's more frustrating than fun. I don't love losing but, if you do, give it a whirl.
