They start off with the lowest price but that is only for the test. If you actually want your certificate to send to the state that will cost another $19.99. Depending on the actual delivery method chosen will cost you again: regular mail $9.99; 2nd day delivery 24.99; overnight $29.99 or e-mail $14.99. It will take at least 10 days to receive standard mail and everyday until you receive it you get an e-mail offering you a lower price that gets lower each day. Use someone else like iDriveSafely or Aceable for a true flat fee.

I got a post card by mail saying $5,94 Lowest Price "Guaranteed", but at the end of the course, for some reason went up to $24,99. I was trying to process the payment and to get the certificate by regular mail (which is free), they asked for more money (3 options), every time that I chose the free way to be sent it, they were sending me to another place and another place. After a few intends I chose to receive the confirmation code that I passed the course by text message that cost $2,99 and this is the time I haven't received any text from them.

Maybe if it didn't charge three times to get the certificate and let you finish all the questions before it glitches and submits, making you pay 30$ to retake it, it would be ok. But nope.

They send a postcard for $5.94 and the least you pay is $70, I couldn't get anyone on the phone after being on hold for over 2 hours! What a horrible company!

It advertises that it's the lowest price but when you actually go into it and pay it's actually 3 times more that you have to pay. Even after paying 36$ For the course and passing the test, they want us to pay 30$ just so they can mail us the certificate. It's a rip off. My friend used another site and said he only had to pay for the course and not for them to mail the certificate. Please research some more and choose wisely!

The course may be as the name implies... the lowest price, however, by the time you pay the state fees and then all the nickle and dime stuff to get the results sent to the state as well as sent to yourself in a timely manner, the total cost is anything but a low price. I felt really mislead. Before I could get to the course there were additional cost for getting the final results quickly then another cost for simply emailing the results to myself and the state the costs kept multiplying and multiplying. Ultimately the $5.95 course cost me $67.74!

You pay fir the test and not for the certification. You are taking the test online and they mail the certificate over regular mail. Now if you want a e-certificate they charge you extra. Then they sen you an e-mail saying that for 10 dollars you get your e-certificate and when you tray to purchase they charge you 15 dollar for the e-certificate. There is some other company that offer you everything one transaction all inclusive. My time cost money and the more time I spend in the system the mor expensive is the service.

What a scam. Was drawn in by the cheap prices, advertised as 7.95. Clicked through what seemed like 100 pages of additional options, including a $30 dollar add on to send you an email confirmation? It's 2020, email confirmation should be complimentary. When I get to check out, it's $40.00! So I call the customer service line, and I'd assume they get calls about things like this all day long, since she knew exactly what I was talking about, and directed me to the beginning of my checkout process, where they charge a mandatory $30.00 fee to report the course completion to the DMV. The font color looked to be specially selected to blend into the background of the receipt, so you can't see it without specifically looking for it. What an absolute scam. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
