It's 2020, email confirmation should be complimentary. When I get to check out, it's $40.00! So I call the customer service line, and I'd assume they get calls about things like this all day long, since she knew exactly what I was talking about, and directed me to the beginning of my checkout process, where they charge a mandatory $30.00 fee to report the course completion to the DMV.
