Getting through the class was simple enough but what they don't tell you is you will be charged extra fees and I had to pay $30 for them to email my certificate! They offer to speed up the process and also send you a text. If you say no, they offer it at an even lower price to con you out of every dollar they can get. $5.94 price guarantee ended up being closer to $65.

The course material was great and easy to navigate. The test was fair and open note/material. It was nice to be able to start and stop as needed for my busy schedule. The initial price however is very misleading. At first it seems extremely cheap compared to other schools, but after you sign up for the class you are presented with additional "options" to choose from on how you get your certificate adding anywhere from 25-36$. They had additional extras to choose from which would have also quickly escalated the price if chosen. The class ended up being much more expensive than other schools I was looking at. If I had know, I absolutely would not have chosen this site. Extremely misleading and trapping price scheme.

This course is easy to use, and easy to purchase. The only complaint I would have is that the cost starts at $30 and climbs from there with each additional option. So if you would like to buy it for the $30 (plus applicable state fees) you won't get a certificate for nearly a month and it will take approximately 2 weeks for the DMV to receive your completion. The material seems great and helpful, well worth the cost, but I just wish they would be more open about the charges. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!

You will be finishing paying more than hundred dollars, don't trust on their advertisment... once you enter your credit card they will be starting charging for everything without your permission. Customer support service is a shame.

They were having a special deal that if you sign up in the first 5 minutes, it was only $5 something and I'm sure I didn't lag with it but they ended up charging me $25 something for just the course. It was charged automatically to my statement and then the next screen was asking how I would like to receive my certificate. I chose through email which was $29 but there was an option for getting it mailed for free. It didn't tell you that they will send in the certificate until the last step already and they don't let you go back and charge automatically or else I would have just picked the free mail option and not wasted $29 on something I could have gotten for free. I gave it 2 stars just because the class it self as a whole isn't terrible.

Your so-called "Lowest Price Traffic School" took a total of $115.03 out of my bank account in order for me to complete a four-hour traffic citation course. I missed passing by two questions, and they took an extra $29.88 from me, without my being aware until I went into my account and saw it. This is a giant RIP OFF and totally UNETHICAL! I will let everyone I know about this and tell them to stay away from this bag of BS! They're taking advantage of people's misfortunes and that's terrible... shame on them!

The things you pay for are just fine but it was the prices that bothered be. They make you pay for the corse which I understand but then you also have to pay another 30 dollars for them to mail a certificate to you which is unbelievable.

They lie in their advertising and their website is designed to take as many dollars from you as they possibly can. It is heavy on the eyes and has a lot of images which is confusing. They say they will charge you as low as 5.94 and they charge you at least 29.25 for the classes. Then, in a dishonest way, they offer you a bunch of things to pay as you go. If you are not paying 100% attention on a scam oriented company, they will get you paying for a lot of stuff you dont need. They have no review before you pay. They offer no refund. You cannot cancel a transaction. The customer service is inexistent. They have charged people twice before and become very hard to be found.

Seriously, dont fall for them. Really dont. They are not honest people.

I was under the impression that the $19.95 I paid covered the cost of paying the FL Driver's Exam. But - nooooo! There was an additional $19.95 assessed that was not disclosed charged for an adult exam. My 15 year old is not an adult and she was just getting her Learner's Permit. I don't feel like there was full disclosure about costs.
(Added Tues 11/10) I want to make note of the fact that the company owner got back to me very quickly to explain the additional fees and offer a full refund because they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. While I believe the fees might be more prominently explained I do have to say in a day and age when there is a lack of customer service this company took ownership and that speaks volumes and was greatly appreciated. Plus, in the end my daughter got her Learners Permit and we managed to efficiently do what we set out to. All that said I have also revised my overall rating!

I used this site years ago. Back then, you could go over the material and read again if you didn't have the answer to final exam question, and you were given chance to retake if you fail. But now none of those are available and you get charged $25 for retake. Plus, this site tries to charge you left and right for stupid things over and over; from beginning to end. You may end up paying hundreds of dollars, and that is not cheap.
Very disappointed.

They are not the lowest price as advertised, because they charge you excessive fees. We paid for the course and "certificate". At the completion of the course you are informed it will take 30 days for your certificate to be sent to the DMV, but recommends you pay an additional $30 to have the certificate emailed to you.
Will be reporting them to the Attorney General, but please use the DMV approved vendor. They offer a bundles that doesn't cost triple like these crooks.
