I would give zero stars if it were available. Do not purchase clothing from this website. Shipping was incorrect, took almost 4 weeks to receive dress. Shipping information never updated and attempted to contact customer service with no reply. After receiving the dress, it did not fit correctly to my body size so I reached out to return item. Took weeks for a reply and now they want photos about measurements from their size guide?! Not every size guide is going to correct to every female body. It has been weeks maybe even months. I can still barely get a reply after multiple emails. Still haven't received a return shipping label. Will never order from them again

Clicked on a sponsored post via Facebook since I was looking for a dress. No where on the site does it mention they are based out of China and looks like a American company. I ordered a week before Lunar New Year and they closed for the holiday. No mention of that on their site during ordering that there would be a delay. Sent an email a week later to get shipping info and they said it would be 15-20 business days. This was just before COVID19 really got bad. No mention of what their plan was for the delay and didn't offer anything as an alternative. Here it is half way through March and still nothing. All interactions to receive updates have been initiate by me. Going to request refund.

So I have placed an order back in March, 2020. I got two out of six of the items ordered within a few weeks and still waiting for the other four. The two items received came in a plastic bag without even a tag or where they were made and looked like they've been used. I am tired of emailing the customer service as I am going nowhere. Lack of communication and frustration is all I got so far. I truly believe this site is a hoax and would not recommend one it to anyone.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Don't order from them! I ordered a dress in February. It didn't get here till mid April. Even after I contacted them to cancel it because the date I needed the dress for had passed they still shipped it. After I got the dress I tried it on and it's too short. They won't let me return it. They are offering me $3 to just keep the dress. I can't make this up. Currently we are up to $8! Save your money and go somewhere else!

I have been arguing and fighting with "customer service" for 11 days now to simply cancel my order and get a refund. I have sent at least 10 emails within that time, only one has been responded to and never with an answer just an attempt to make me change my mind. After I placed my order, I recieved a email 2 days later stating that one of my orders is out of stock and could I choose some other item? I replied by asking which item it was and to cancel both of my items and give me a return. It has taken 7 days for a reply and the reply was "we will try to hurry on your other order are you sure you want to cancel"? Please note I have tried to reach out other times in between those 7 days to cancel my entire order with no luck. This company is definitely a scam! Stay FAR away!

I so wish I would've seen the reviews before I purchased from this website. It has been five months since I purchased two dresses and still have not received them. I emailed them numerous times and they never gave me a real explanation, they just kept telling me my order is in high demand and to wait longer. When I email about my order status they respond, but when I email them about receiving a refund and canceling my order I get no response. Now I can't even find the website to call customer service. What a scam!

I ordered a dress for a wedding on Feb 29th, 2020, and still have not received the dress. I understand that a lot of things are going on in China with COVID19 and all that, but this wait time is unacceptable. I since found another dress on a reputable site and purchased that one for the wedding. I contacted customer service and have probably been through about 4 different people ask me to please wait and that they will get my order to me soon. I have repeatedly said that I no longer want the product and to please refund my card. Each time they respond, they say that there have been postponements in the order and all different excuses and can I please wait a little longer. Each time I say no, it gets shifted to another person that asks me if I can wait. I'm tired of saying the same darn thing over and over. These people don't take no for an answer. THIS SITE IS TRASH. WHAT A SCAM.

There are no reviews on their site, because they know they'd never make another sale.

I ordered four dresses, not knowing how awful this "company" is. I've received one dress, and it didn't fit, so I emailed about a return.
These people must not speak English. I feel like they aren't actually reading my emails. We've exchanged messages six times, and I am no closer to knowing where my other 3 dresses are OR getting an exchange for the one that is too small.

Like other reviewers, I've been passed around between a few people, and no one will give me answers. They want "pictures to confirm the problem and then find the best solution." I told you the problem AND the solutionthe dress doesn't fit, I need to exchange it. This part is the richestI explained that I can't send them pictures of me wearing the dress, because it has buttons down the bodice and my breasts literally hang out. I don't want to ruin the thing putting it back on for a photo. What is the response I get? The same generic "We're sorry to hear that. We need pictures to confirm the problem. We look forward to hearing from you."
After reading these reviews, I am concerned I'll never see my other dresses. I spent $124 on this order, and if they don't send me the rest of it, I'll email them three times a day until they do. This is AWFUL business and just useless customer service.
