These people are Dishonest!
They will sell you some slow out dated mickey mouse BS GPS that are so slow you get lost five times while directions are loading, the whole time feeding you a bag of crap to make you think they have the best customer service, but litterally within 2 weeks of purchase you try to return the Item(that isn't worth burning) you now have an idiot telling you the complete opposite of what was said just 2 was before. And because you don't have every PC of paper the bs was wrapped in you are now the sad owner of some bull$#*! you couldnt sell at a yard sale for 90% off without feeling bad!
And they just don't know what to tell you! And so you know I'm PROUD to leave this review

I made a stop at Love's 0397 Blacksburg, SC Truckcare exit 104 off I-85 to fix my trailer brakes. They told me I need to change my drums first because they were bad too. They unfortunately didn't have all 4 drums in stock to put in the trailer, so, they advised to go to the exit, to the Flying-J, which is exit 102 to get it fixed, but on the way Flying-J one of their mechanics already flagged a police car, telling lies on me such as I did not want to wait to fix my trailer. However, they the one didn't have all the parts in stock and sent me to the Flying-J. The police pulled me over, did a hard inspection to my truck, shut me down half a mile from the flying-J. And I have to tow my truck. They have police connection over there telling lies on drivers' vehicles.

Honestly Loves isnt a bad place to work but the ones they have as district managers is why the company is always losing their good help cause they get treated like dirt but bust their butts for the company unlike alot of other employees that do nothin but hide in the back doing nothin but they are pretty much worshiped by the boss and dm when they dont do anything but take the credit of somebody elses work!.

As a Human Trafficking, Stalking Victim, I dread stopping at Loves Stations across the US because they don't have wifi. Most of them are not closely situated to other services that provide alternate wifi possibilities. Kidnapping, trafficking & the homeless who may also be victims are not able to get comms at Loves Stations unless they have debit or credit cards with $ on them already. This is rare. The majority of these gas stations also have their employees shun anyone who looks homeless. There are kidnapping/trafficking victims who are going to look homeless, they are homeless. Every place we make it to and every minute we have to link up to the world matters. If you're going to discriminate against those in poverty to go so far as to limit our access not only to the Web but also to physical people who might be able to help
It's difficult for me to believe that a truck stop who's been around since I was a little girl, nearly forty years ago

It more so seems like you might actually be assisting those traffickers
If they all know that by stopping at Loves Stations all across the US, their victims will never have access to communications, they can keep that victim with them indefinitely
Doing whatever you can just to reject and repel those people you deem "poor" doesn't make you look any better to me

If I had been a teenager or someone less aware in this situation, I'd still be stuck at your gas stations and I'd probably be pretty scared

And while you drive away the homeless and those who really need help, your employees and others use your gas stations at nite for Prostitution and Gambling
They use the bathrooms and the shower rooms
Both men and women
So you kinda make it obvious in other ways that you're involved in Human Trafficking and you love it when I can't use your store for any life-saving communications, life-saving anything
It's the crappiest station in America
I hope you do something to improve the sad state of affairs

I bought a power supply $179 2 days quit working took a back one to trade it for another one they had no more in stock they refuse to give my money back I'll deal with the general manager with was very hateful call corporate office didn't get nowhere still not got it resolved don't guess I will I guess they needed the money worse than I did I wouldn't buy anything from these people

I have never come across a more personal and professional company. I wish I could clone Duane and David at store #246 and stick them in every customer service position in the country. They truly care about people and have a true sense of pride in their work. They exceeded our expectations!

I stopped briefly for the very first time at a Love's near Savannah, GA just to get a drink. The hostile cashier refused to pick up my money from the counter and simply glared at me. I will NEVER buy a single thing again from a company that employs lazy hostile cashiers of this type.

On the 17 of February 2024 between 9:07 pm and 9:46 pm, while using the love's shower in their facility located at 20 South 1550 west st, Brigham City, UT ******* ( store 686) my privacy was invaded by members of the staff. TWICE while I was in the shower, attempts were made to enter my stall. Although I have locked the stall and ensured that the lock was working before I began my shower, the stall was opened and an indivldual proceeded to make their way in to the shower that I was obviously using. I found this incident to be quite disturbing and upsetting. Why will someone try to inter a stall that was obviously in use? I would like to mention that the privacy latch on the door of the stall i was using is broken an this made it easier for what occurred to have happened. After paying $18 for a shower the least that love's can do for their customers is to ensure that proper safety mechanisms are in place to ensure the privacy of the customer. It is beyond atrocious for a member of the staff to barge into someone while they are using the shower. I'm extremely upset and disappointed about what took place and hope that management will address this issue so there will be no reoccurrence. I will walk with pepper spray next time and spray anyone who try this again.
I spoke to the manager on duty that evening.

On a run in our semi from California back home to Illinois we stopped for a small break and when we returned to our truck it wouldn't start. Adolph Martinez, an employee in the Truck Center diagnosed the problem with our starter and got us running again, plus noticed a air leak in our brake line and repaired it as well. He was wonderful, so helpful, and we appreciated the personal attention he gave us in getting us back on the road. We would give him 10 stars if that was possible! I stopped by this store two nights ago and there is a beautiful young woman who works there she the one always working harder than then anyone. Anytime I see her she always has the biggest smile on her face. She brightens my late night early morning. It doesn't matter what I need she always drops what she's doing just to help me. She hasn't worked there for very long maybe a few months. She's the reason why I go to that particular loves you'll know who I'm talking about once you see her you can't miss her smile. There's a new guy who works there. He doesn't seem very knowledgeable he made me uncomfortable by talking about the most random things. He seems very intense doesn't seem fit for customer service. Poor guy had a smell to him it upset my stomach I don't judge people because I'm a kind soul I'm just trying to help but I think if you work at a place where you're in front of people dealing with people all day I think you should be made to shower wear cologne/perfume or body spray. Moving forward I give this loves before because of her customer service

Mississippi, tenn, alabama an beautiful oklahoma,but every Love gas station was terrible, I got food poisoning twice eating there pizza an fried chicken,the women's restrooms are worse than portal potties,,never ever will I stop at a other 1,,an the employees all look miserable, maybe this multi billion gas stations belonging to the Love family are under paying them.choose a better gas station coming from Cherokee blood native and proud of it

Absolutely discussing, boogers on the wall, all the trash was swept behind the door. This didn't seem like a 1 x thing it was a mound of hair. Around the toilet was filthy. This place hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Don't get me started on how I was promised the moon and the stars to open a fleet account. Open the account It's "NOTHING" LIKE I WAS PROMISED!
I've called corporate so many times It's not even funny. We tried to use lane pass to have the tires check, lmao! The guy told me that " They don't check dually tires because the can't check the inside tire. WTH!

Why is there every time I go in there there's no gas pumper and I have to pump it myself I thought it was a law in New Jersey that you don't pump your own gas

Not a dog friendly place. Not a friendly at all Employies will pet the stray cats and not walsh hands. Before handling you food and products. And will do this all day and wont wash hands
For a whole shift. Employies are rude and dont care. Managent will tell you to leave if you dont like it. They say that they take care of the cats. But no shots they just feed them by the dog park where it states animals need shots and on lease. And honstly it not a good place to feed stray Cats. Feed them eles were, walsh your hands please. It is a issue. If they truly care Take Them home And Take Care Of Them Right. Get them shots give them a loving home.Then they will refer to them as wild life( LOL) a demeskated cat is not wile life and even if they would like to go that route that is even worse. As well You have diesses that can and will be spread to there custmores due unsanatiory conditions,.They do not like Truckers here. They dont like any one here but the community I was told, as well I was told this Loves belongs to the comunity and it been here for 20 years. That they did not need my business. That I am not inportant. Kaus (my dog) and I were treated badly and Kaus did not matter and nither did I. Regardless of his health condition.
