On Oct 28,2024 I ordered a set of 12 quilting templates advertised on Facebook. After a month with no product, I emailed everywhere I could find, yet no response from any email. Finally, in early December I received ONE of the set of 12 with no note, receipt, explanation, or information. I rarely give up when I don't receive what was ordered, but this was a great scam with no recourse to get the product I really did want. So, case closed as no place to go with reference to this order. PayPal is rarely any help regarding a dispute either! Definitely would not recommend. I believe the ordering company name from Facebook was Desi1hope, but my credit card for the order was Lovelivingchic. Both are "unknown" when it comes to a contact or response! You try to research and take care, but this was a great scam that got me!
Their bracelets are non-adjustable, the strap breaks easily and they state they will only do exchanges within 10 days of purchase. What a scam and AWFUL customer service
Terrible. No customer service. No way of gettIng in touch with anyone at anytime. No email available. Goes rite to a web page that doesn't even look like it belongs. Don't buy from this company. In my eyes, SCAMMERS
Tinnitus pen is not at all what is advertised. On Facebook advertised as laser and infrared device plus EMS. There is no laser or infrared capabilities. No packaging, no instructions how to use this medical (?) device. No Brenda name or invoice included with a parcel. The pen is an empty shell.

This unit is mostly plastic After back and forth with Living Chic and Paypal I decided to keep it and try it out Literally its a bit of Sh.t Leaks water i ended up with my feet getting drowned. No instructions as to where to put the seals tried many times but none worked. I would never recommend this company to anyone

They sell a product called HeatWolf, absolute scam. It is supposed to be a de-icer The write up is false, the product is fraud. It is a fancy air freshener. They promote heatwolf everywhere and they know it is fake. Don't trust this company
They sell products that are not as advertised. Fake scam products! I purchased an eye cream that showed before and after videos. Doesn't do anything! Waste of money.
Ordered, made payment. 2 weeks later got notification that item had "shipped" complete with USPS tracking number. But it never arrived at USPS, and Living Chic never returned my e-mail inquiry asking what happened to the order. 2 months and counting...
I paid for an item that was never delivered. I contacted PayPal who simply said that the dispute was resolved in favor of the seller. None-the-less, I did not receive what I paid for.
Anti-Spill Lid Cover works as described. It made my cooking and cleaning easy. Thanks to the one who invented this. This site is cool because it sells unique items. Hoping for more new invented stuff.
This is and update to my 12/13/2017 review. I actually received my 11/7 order today, 12/28/2017. I was pleasantly surprised because I had chalked it up to be a loss. It was well packaged and everything was there. I was, obviously, not able to use the items for Christmas as I had planned so I opened them up myself. I was disappointed in both items. The Jelly Crystal Lipstick was drying, the colors were indistinguishable and forgettable. The pic on the website looked nice but not so much in person, it is a cheap plastic tube. The Hand Mud (magnetic putty) works but very, very slowly. I imagine most kids would get bored within a few minutes and walk away, however, time lapse photography might make it look fun. Bottom line, I can't recommend this site.
I placed my order on November 7,2017 and received an email on November 10th telling me my order was on it's way and included a USPS tracking number that could not be tracked because the number was either incorrect or the information was not yet available. On November 15th I replied via their November 10th email (I was unable to find another way to contact them) and they replied the next day stating, in part "We are experiencing high volume of orders which caused the shipment to be longer than the usual. We kindly ask to extend your patience as it is already awaiting shipment from our carrier." A couple more weeks of waiting prompted me to search for them on the internet to see what kind of reviews they received from other customers. The majority of them were negative/one star. On December 3rd I sent them another email asking them to cancel my order since I didn't feel it would arrive in time for Christmas. I received a response the same day that said, in part
"As per Company Policy, once an item is processed, we can no longer grant your request for cancellation. Upon checking your tracking number: XXX, it seems that there is no update on the tracking page. Since this is one of our best seller, shipping period may take longer than 20-25 days due to high volume of orders." I was floored by the shipping time. You can't tell my that Christmas came as a surprise to them. I figured I was way ahead of schedule. They went on to say "You may use USPS tracking page [with my incorrect number] to give you a more detailed information as to where your package is after a few days and immediately contact your local carrier once it arrives to country destination to check on package/to arrange delivery." That was another surprise, the merchandise was coming from another country. And finally, "... rest assured, it is already on its way to your destination." Now it's December 12th and I still have no package. lovelivingchic.top was one of the many, many companies (that I'd never heard of) whose ads pop on Facebook. I learned, the hard way, that precious few are legitimate and some are downright scams. My advice, spend a little time vetting before spending!
I purchased a mini hair remover from living chic over 6 weeks ago still have not received. They are not willing to look into it or send me a refund! Very poor customer service do not purchase anything from them!
I love Living Chic. I do all my Christmas shopping there, buy many products I'd typically go to a regular store for as well! Reason being it saves me gas money and the nuisance of parking. Saves me time waiting in lines. Saves me time driving to one store after another. AND many times I get free shipping and the prices are just as good as in-store. I have rarely had any problems with delivery, usually super fast. Returns are not a big hassle.
I bought 8 reusable sandwich bags (2 colors). Received 2 bags total for $25! These bags sell on Amazon for $12 for a 4 pack. Order took super long to arrive so not sure my bank will help at this point. Sent e mail to company but I'm not holding my breath
They say they guarantee their products, but refuse to even answer emails about mis represented items and missing items.
I have had nothing but positive experiences shopping on Lovelivingchic. Even when items have wide ranges of delivery dates they have always come earlier than promised. Prices are excellent too. I remain a satisfied customer for sure.
I have been a regular customer of Living Chic. I never had any issues at all. Customer service are great and has always delivered my orders on time. I am a re-seller and I do bulk orders for my own store. Always a pleasure doing business with them. Kudos to the company.
I received my item a few weeks ago. It stopped working recently so I decided to change the battery. On doing so a little metal strip fell out and so did the switch to turn it on. I tried to put it back together but it was not possible. As they only give 10 days warranty, it obviously is only expected to last 11 days. I would not recommend the product as it is very badly made and you would expect to at least get a few months out of it. I contacted the company but they would not budge on a replacement. Save your money. This company are scam artists.
I ordered the ElectricGuard High Power 25,000,000 Stun Ring. The delivery was 5 weeks and what I finally received was a metal key ring with a small threaded glass breaker on the end. This is NOT electric. It does NOT function as an electric stun device. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND WASTE OF MONEY!
