I ordered two that came used. The packaging was full of SOMEBODY ELSES hair and was missing pieces.

Their website says they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and that their is zero risk because of you are dissatisfied their customer service will make it right.

I emailed their customer service and they usually respond right away, usually asking the same questions you already answered. They told me theyd look into it (I sent pictures and everything).

That was a few days ago so I contacted them today. They replied immediately saying that the lint was from the packaging.

It was clearly hair and not lint and they didnt address the fact that there are pieces missing.

So basically I paid full price for a used broken item. When I pushed the issue they told me their refund and return policy was too important for them to give me anything other than a 20% discount on my next order. Im never ordering from them again. I asked them what their refund and return policy is and how getting something that is used and has missing pieces does not qualify and they havent answered. I also showed them where on the website it talks about 100% satisfaction and zero risk but they ignored it.

I left a one-star review the other day and cant find it now. It looks like they only keep the four and five star reviews so they can sell more garbage. I emailed them a couple of times asking them why I cant find my review and I am still waiting for s reply that is not likely to come. I know theyre going to delete this review, but im Hoping at least a couple of people get a chance to see it before it gets deleted.

I would not recommend ordering from them since they falsely advertised the product (used when supposed to be new), the company (wont keep the gaurantees they advertise), and their customer service (on the website they also brag about their customer service). They cant be trusted and I would steer clear.
