I was very concerned about purchasing my wedding dress online. I had a vision of what I wanted and sent very vague pictures explaining that vision. I was hopeful, but honestly scared to death of the end result. My dress arrived in the exact time frame I was quoted, and it looks just as I imagined, only better. It fits perfectly (thanks to the measurement guidance provided) and I cannot wait until our wedding so that I can post pictures. It is absolutely stunning and I could not be happier with my dress or the service provided. Thank you times a million.

I was worried about buying a relatively cheap wedding dress online, but my dress was perfect! The design was exactly as pictured and the custom color I chose was even better than I hoped. The sizing was perfect - I'm not going to have to get it tailored at all. It also shipped earlier than I was expecting. I did do a rush order to be safe, but it took roughly a month to get to me which was much faster than estimated. Highly recommend their dresses!

Bought a gorgeous blue dress for a uni ball and it came super quick, looks exactly like the picture and is made so well. The customer service was amazing, I had ordered the dress close to the date and was worried it wouldn't make it so I contacted the team and they made sure it came as soon as possible. Just needs a few alterations but that's probably cause of my measuring for the custom make. So so so in love with the dress! And definitely recommend the company!

This was my first time ordering a prom dress online and I was worried that the dress would get to my house and not be the right size or a good fabric. My dress was delivered and the fabric is high quality and the custom sizing is perfect! I would recommend getting any dress you buy tailored to maybe adjust the width or the length of the dress, but this one surprised me and it on needs Minor adjustments! This is a really good company to get your dress at!

Received my dress today weeks earlier than planned and it is stunning. It is just what I wanted and fits perfectly. It'sa work off at abs I can't wait to share pics of it after our wedding. The process was simple and the communication was great. I couldn't be happier!

Do not and I repeat buy from here. Luncy is a liar and the whole experience has been a mess. I was promised my order would be here and the dress would be done by 10/30.5 days before 10/30 (my wedding day), Luncy says the dress material is not available. I also tried to cancel two weeks before that and the customer service rep said it was already on its way. So not buy from here.

I ordered a mermaid gold sequin body con dress for my prom. This team did not dissapoint! I custom ordered a longer Train With it and loved the outcome. Luncy was specifically helpful with the whole process and responded promptly to all emails. The dress arrived well before the date of the event. Loved It so much!

I came across this website at the end of May looking for a dress for my husband's 40th birthday gala ball. I was nervous at first but Luncy was extremely helpful and answered all my queries immediately. Luncy completed the most gorgeous beaded dress for me within 2 weeks and it just arrived in time. We took a risk ordering a prom dress online and it's paid off! Well made, perfect colour and so many layers. Our daughter feels like a princess and the fact it has pockets is a bonus! Thank you! Have to be honest the way it was packed to deliver concerned me but the dress made up for it.

At first i was skeptical as most are when ordering over the net etc. But when i received the dress i was beyond impressed with how perfect it was and how accurate the picture and what its like in real life is. I ordered this dress for my wedding and it's absolutely gorgeous! Lovely material (pure ivory silk), amazing design and fits perfectly - even though now I've lost some weight so a tailor is resizing the upper body which is by the way easy to do, the tailor said. Overall I highly recommend, as the dress is exactly as the picture and arrived earlier than expected. With the rush order, it took 5 weeks in total to arrive door to door. I'm so happy and can't wait to get married in this fab dress!

I think many brides would agree, the idea of ordering a wedding dress online without trying it on is terrifying! Yet, here I was, looking at my dream dress ready to hit "submit order!" I read through all the reviews I could find and after emailing and corresponding with Luncy, I felt reassured to finally hit that button. The dress was ordered 2/12/21 and delivered 3/20/21. The fact that it was custom made and delivered so quickly gives me plenty of time to have some minor alterations made (I measured my bust in a bra that ultimately will not work, so it's an error on my part). Other than needing the bust taken in a bit, the dress is STUNNING! Beautiful fabric, clean stitching, and the attention to detail is spot on! I don't think I could have found this dress at such a great price anywhere else! From a prior nervous bride to another, if you are looking for your dream dress at a reasonable price from someone who pays attention to quality and detail- rest assured, you'll find it here!
