AVOID THIS COMPANY! Save yourself the stress.
I ordered over 500 worth of items from this company over several months in 2019.
Yes, you will receive some items which are as pictured. However many items are NOT as pictured at all. The more you order the worse customer service gets.
A lot of items are out of stock and you won't be informed of this for months. Then you are offered to choose substitutes, weeks/months later you are told those are out of stock as well. Months go by. Refunds are promised that never come.
You receive the same repeated email over and over stating they will help you, but they rarely do anything.
When you email asking for help the exact copy of the previous email from them reappears. NOTHING IS RESOLVED.
This continues on and on.
If you file a dispute with paypal this company asks you to dismiss it so they can refund your money. Don't dismiss it. Paypal told me to not dismiss the dispute it is a scam.
Paypal gives you six months to file a dispute. This company stretches it out to the limit until they know you can't file a dispute.
Finally after 6 weeks in dispute with Paypal for items not received PayPal issues a refund.
Also when you return item they don't accept the package and 4 months later it is returned to you, so you've wasted postage to China. Then they offer 30% refund which also never arrives.
Fair warning, DO NOT do any business with this company EVER!

The dress I received was NOTHING like advertised! The website claimed that the dress was "embroidered". The dress had absolutely NO EMBROIDERY whatsoever. The design is printed on the fabric. The description called it "cotton-blend." Of course it had no tag showing the fabric composition, but the fabric was HORRIBLE! I ordered according to the measurements provided on their website, and the dress was HUGE. Returning merchandise is almost impossible because it has to be sent to China. Returning this one dress was going to cost me $22+. I asked for a 50% refund, which they said was "impossible" - the most they would offer is a 30% refund. So IF I get my refund, I will have spent around $25 for one of the ugliest dresses I have ever seen! Ordering from Loracmoon was an expensive mistake! They say that the refund "will be processed in a week" - we will see if they follow through, but I have a feeling that I am going to have to dispute this through my credit card to get any money back!:-( Lesson learned: LORACMOON = FALSE ADVERTISING, REGRETS, and LOST MONEY!
