They will let you take some surveys, but most will not credit you. They'll get through and then at the end say sorry. You can watch videos and make a few cents. It takes forever to make $5 and when you cash out, they suspend you. The attorney general and consumer protection agencies need to investigate this company.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t bother signing up because they won’t pay. They’re data scrapers.

A dishonest Panel with poor customer service. Like other reviews, my account was also suspended upon making a withdrawal. I contacted helpdesk back and forth until the issue was resolved and my account reinstated. Now arise another issue. I had over 5000 points in my account when there was a survey reversal for 1400 Points. In this case, the reversal of 1400 points should have been subtracted from my over 5000 points but instead, they took away all of my points and leave my account with a negative 1295 Balance. I reach out to helpdesk about the Issue and their reply was from time to time, our advertisers will reject/reverse leads submitted by our users. If your account is showing a negative balance, you will see a corresponding reversed transaction on your points history page.

So, in this case and as stated a reversed transaction of 1400 was made which was recorded on my points history page and there is no other reversal or justification for taking away my remaining points and leave my account in a negative state. So, with the points taken away and the negative balance a total of over 4,800 points missing from my account. I also come to the conclusion that their helpdesk doesn't take the time to go through your account and try to understand the issue before replying.

I shouldn't even be giving them that 1 star rating. Imagen waisting a good 30-45min on a survey only for them to not give you your reward. Their response team is bull$#*!, kinda automated you never really get what you want. The app was promising at first but now it's taking a lot of advantage.

They really like to suspend people after they click confirm to redeem the points.
My account for example has been suspend when I tried to payout my money
If you write an email to them, they wont tell you why they suspend you, but will just tell you to follow their rule

Also, a big reason why you got suspend is that creating multiple account - you think its easy to not do it... NO NO NO
I have never create another account but they still banned me after I invited my neighbour to join LootUp
Another time they suspend me because I log in my account with my phone which is what their website tell me to do XD
You can write them so much emails as you want but they answered so slow so you have to wait and wait, and you don't know how to avoid being ban because they literal ban you without a reason
Out of a sudden every time when you're trying to redeem
That's how they use you to earn money and don't want to pay
Suspend is just the perfect way for them to not pay. Its just how they do the business...
Avoid this Company! Its a scam!

Tip for consumers:
You should definitely avoid this company, go choose another one
LootUp is one of the worst online survey service I habe used

This site has a good "TrustPilot" rating, but I'm here to tell you those people are lucky, paid to post positive reviews, or simply haven't hit an issue YET. I'm one of the victims of the "Banned for no reason" gang. I've read the details of others who have been banned and this is a pattern with this site. Their typical response is "We only ban accounts that have violated our rules" but this is 100% not true. Their rules state:

1. Do not create multiple accounts. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of gaming promo codes or rewards can get your account(s) suspended.

I suspect this is why most people are being suspended by the "compliance team". When you log into the site, it gives you the option of logging in by google, which brings up a list of accounts. If you click the wrong one, (not associated with lootup.me) it will go on to create a brand new account. This happened to me, but I immediately logged out after noticing the balance was 0 on the account and figured it wasn't the correct one. I did NOT attempt to do any offers on the duplicate account or game the system in any way. I'm not sure if this why the compliance team flagged me, but if it is, their algorithm is indeed broken and should take into account the activities on duplicate accounts, not just that they exists. Also why ban the account with funds, but leave the other account active if this is the case?

2. Do not create accounts using disposable email addresses. Accounts must be tied to a legitimate email address. Disposable email address will be blocked, and rewards will be unretrievable.

What does this even mean and how would it be enforced? Everyone has multiple accounts these days so how would they even determine that an account is "disposable"

3. Do not use proxy services or VPN services to access Lootup.

Obviously this is problematic and I agree people should not use VPNs to try and game the system. I did NOT do this.

4. Do not attempt to game our rewards mechanisms. Lootup provides its users with many ways to earn points in a legitimate fashion, and provides users with many ways to earn free points. If we discover an attempt to game our systems, your account will be banned.

Again, I agree, offers should not be taken advantage of. I did NOT attempt to game the system in any way. In fact, I only completed a handful of offers and some lootup.tv before being banned.

Either this site is taking advantage of people when they don't want to pay out or their fraud detection is broken. I 100% believe the people here who say they've been banned for no reason, because that's EXACTLY what happened to me. I pride myself on having high integrity and would never attempt to cheat a site that is helping me earn money in a mutually beneficial relationship. Yet here I am, posting about how I've been banned for no reason. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.

For looup.me public relations, don't bother responding to me with the standard, "We only ban accounts that have broken a rule" then pointing to your zendesk link because I already know from personal experience this publicly stated company line is a lie.
