Looks Like Summer

I ordered merchandise approx. Two months ago, and nothing has been delivered. I emailed the company, and they claim a product delay. However, a FedX label was created with a tracking NO. That doesn't exist—total SCAM.

I have ordered a number of products online and had to return most of them as their sizes are very variable and the leather looks kind of artificial.

You should think twice if you are ordering things from this company as their return process is extremely slow and complicated - literally trying to discourage you to return them. I'm waiting a few days short of a month for even hearing from them whether my return was approved. They don't respond to messages (i have sent already three times inquiries but no response).

I'm feeling pretty unhappy with all this - wish I had returned everything just as a matter of principle that they should learn how to run their customer service more respectfully.

I fell for the marketing and bought the Ashanti boots. They are pure trash. The kind of fashion that is destined for the landfill, and I have so much regret over buying them. They look and feel like they are made from glorified plastic, and I would be embarrassed to be seen wearing these. Don't buy! Go to a real business!

I checked the reviews after ordering the Rome Ankle boots and was so sure that I made a mistake. However. Not only did my order arrive within less than a week, the product is exactly as advertised. I am very, very pleased.

I was fooled by their IG ads and ordered a pair of boots. It has been over 2 months no update. The company creates a fedex label then never ships the product. I have emailed asking for a refund with no response. Do not purchase from this scam website!

Their website and products look great. It will certainly entice you to purchase from them. This is a China based company with zero accountability to anyone. I ordered what appeared to be beautiful boots from them. They had a side zipper. When you put the boots on the zipper is actually almost in the front of the boots and looks ridiculously wrong. First called customer service to no avail and continued to call for days. You will never get a live person on the phone. Emails have been sent and they actually respond advising me to take photos and then to pay $19 to ship them back for review!

Before purchasing I was told by friends not to read the reviews and to just go for it. I did, and I am so so impressed by the boots (Ashanti Knee High) I bought. I spent around $96 and they are sturdy leather and have lasted me extremely well. My shoes usually begin to show signs of wear within a couple of months of wearing them - but I have to say, I've worn these pretty consistently and they are fabulous! I had a question for customer service and they got back to me promptly and solved my query easily. I would definitely say go for it if you're thinking about purchasing. They're fairly inexpensive leather shoes anyway - so you're not losing much tbh.

I ordered the Brianna lug sole tall boots. The website said genuine leather. Only after I ordered did I see all the bad reviews but it was too late. Surprisingly, the boots came from China within a week! And they fit and were comfortable. But they were made of plastic with an awful chemical smell. Not sending them back though because it not worth waiting months if ever for a refund. I will wear them in the rain and just not care what happens to them. Will never buy from this website again!

This company is totally a scam and misleading advertisement on IG. The boots I ordered came from China and not genius leather as it described. They charge you for return when you need to ship the item back. Do not fall for the scam, those picture on IG are not reflecting the items you will be getting. It should be banned on IG/ FB to be honest!

This is THE WORST company! Never buy from them, they do not refund! If I ask where to resend the item, they reply, that I should give it to my friends, if it does it not fit me, Never gave me address, where I can refund. Never ever again! They are trying to just convince to keep the item. Horrible experience and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from them.

The boots I ordered were described as genuine leather. They are not. They are synthetic and just stink. Though they look nice, I believed I was ordering a pair of leather boots, not a pair of stinky pleather boots. The company says it's in Portugal, which is another reason I believed the boots would be as described. Interestingly, and not surprisingly now that the boots have arrived, they ship out of China.

Wish I'd checked reviews first.

I purchased a pair of ankle boots from looks like summer site and they were the worse. It took 3 people to get on my feet because the opening was so small once we got them on I wore for 1hr because I couldn't take the pain anymore. I requested a return which was approved paid for shipping again for them to turn around and refuse the return why? I don't know something they made up said they can resend boots back if I pay for shipping again. I refused for I can't do nothing with these boots and I believe I got ripped off. So do your research before buying people.

Hello! I ordered the boots on the website and was really unsatisfied with the outcome. Firstly, they told me that they might send it from Europe and not from America, which was really important for me, because it means I wouldn't pay duty taxes. However, as soon as I received my package, I had to pay 55 euros as a tax. I didn't plan to have these expenses, so I am completely sure that these money should be payed by the shop. They gave me the wrong information from the beginning. BUT THE WORST is that the shoes were supposed to be the size 40. I am 39, and yet I still didn't get to squeeze into them. My coworker which has a size 38, tried them on and they fit perfectly. Obviously the measurement is $#*!ed up and the fault is fully on the shop. I tried to contact the shop hundred times and they just continue ignoring me. Totally sure the shop is a scam and would never recommend anyone to order there: communication and the product are both really-really bad.

Not only did the boots take about three weeks to get to me, when they finally did the bag was ripped open exposing the shoes box which was ripped to shreds. The boots inside were not harmed during shipping, they're cute but reek of chemicals and plastic, the soles are just foam and I doubt the boots are real leather (even though the listing said they were). Cheaply made considering they were $200. Looks like summer is a cute website that just sells cheaply made Chinese shoes. Do not waste your money.

I am sooo angry! It took them more than three month to get my order to me. And when I received my sandals, the quality was terrible. I can confirm that all those bad reviews are true! I bought the BEA sandal in lime. Original price was $85.99 but there was a special going on and I had a discount code. My total ended up to be $33. The sandal have no grip! I almost slip on my carpet. After walking in it the first time, the glass(actually plastic) heel became lose. I complained to them and received a refund.

Tried to return goods to a fake address, 6 months later the goods were 'return to sender' back to me. $#*! quality and style. Now spent ridiculous amount of money on things I don't even want. Don't waste your time or money

Beware! This company is a scam. Ordered a bag online and it arrived damage and the product is terrible quality. I sent photos and they said I should send it back to a postal address in China- I would have to pay for postage. 6 months later, the bag turned up at my house, fake Chinese address crossed out. No refund and I'm more out of pocket as I had to pay for the fake postage too. Absolute scam don't buy from them
