I have ordered 2 leather bags from this company. One last year and one this year. Both arrived very quickly and the bags are both gorgeous and great quality. Will continue to shop with LLS.

I had to pay over $60 for me return! Certainly not free, and the quality of the shoes I received were horrible

They claim 'Leather' but products are cheapest quality plastic!
After asking for refund, I was told there is a very very fine layer of leather stuck on the plastic. They will not refund unless I pay another $80 to ship it back to them.
HORRIBLE company and customer service. FRAUDULENT!

Tried to return goods to a fake address, 6 months later the goods were 'return to sender' back to me. $#*! quality and style. Now spent ridiculous amount of money on things I don't even want. Don't waste your time or money

What the headline said. Site advertises global express shipping but my package took 52 days to arrive. It's a white bag and I got it for Spring, but it's now almost August. When it arrived, I was really disappointed with the quality. It was all crumpled up in the box and the weaving was loose and gaping. It smelled horribly of plastic as soon as I opened the package and it just feels cheap. I tried to begin a return online, but was notified that my purchase was not eligible for returns. The return policy is 60 days from date of purchase, but I still had 8 days left. Given the time it took to arrive, I felt like refusing to accept a return was unfair, even if it had been over 60 days. I sent a very polite email to customer service assuming they'd be happy to help make it right. However, apparently the "summer bags" and leather (?) bags are not eligible for returns. I sent photos of the poor quality bag as proof and explained how disappointed I was with the entire experience, but they were completely unwilling to work with me, even so much as to offer store credit or an exchange. This was honestly probably the worst company I've ever purchased from in terms of shipping time, quality of goods, AND customer service. I know the photos of their products look so cute online, but don't fall for it. There are better places to spend your money.

Not only did the boots take about three weeks to get to me, when they finally did the bag was ripped open exposing the shoes box which was ripped to shreds. The boots inside were not harmed during shipping, they're cute but reek of chemicals and plastic, the soles are just foam and I doubt the boots are real leather (even though the listing said they were). Cheaply made considering they were $200. Looks like summer is a cute website that just sells cheaply made Chinese shoes. Do not waste your money.

Fake leather handbags advertised as real leather. I sent back my purchase immediately and got confirmation emails, but i NEVER got a refund to my original payment. I emailed them and they never responded. I ended up calling my CC company to dispute the charge. DO NOT buy from them! They are scammers!

Fraudulent site where the products are not made in Portugal as mentioned on their site but from China. I've ordered a bag for 100 dollar, color it's not the same as on the website and the quality is just catastrophic. I've loose my money so will never order again on this site. It's just a scam.

If I had the choice, I would choose ZERO star. Such terrible quality boots that look so plastic and cheap. Worth no more than $10 however I was charged $140 of this! When I opened the parcel, a strong smell of plastic rushed out. Absolutely not genuine leather at all. Everything is plastic.

For those who don't know this company, don't buy! No matter how many times their ads come up in your Facebook or Instagram or other places online.

Their marketing team has no morals or virtues as they keep bombarding those who search for leather boots with beautiful ads images but completely fake products and descriptions. Not sure how they feel everyday knowing that their work is only to create lies.

Again, don't buy! Spend the money on the brands you trust. Wish the world has less and less company like LLS in the future!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! The service is absolutely appalling! I ordered my boots three months ago and they never arrived in the mean time had made MULTIPLE attempted to contact the company with no reply! Eventually an "Amy" got back to me advising she will personally go to the warehouse and make sure my boots are shipped on the 5/5/21... nope never did then stopped replying to emails. I'm grateful they are apparently sending me a full refund. Will i receive it I don't know yet. Please save your money and buy elsewhere

Beware! This company is a scam. Ordered a bag online and it arrived damage and the product is terrible quality. I sent photos and they said I should send it back to a postal address in China- I would have to pay for postage. 6 months later, the bag turned up at my house, fake Chinese address crossed out. No refund and I'm more out of pocket as I had to pay for the fake postage too. Absolute scam don't buy from them

This store is fraudsters.
They have a beautiful site. I bought boots, the website said it was calf skin. But in fact, this is the cheapest artificial skin. They're not good enough to stitch. On the box on top of the old logo is a grid with their brand. To make a refund, I had to pay 28 EUR. A month ago, the package came to China, and they still have not taken it from the mail, the shelf life in the mail is already ending in 2 days and they will send them back to me. I never got the money back!

All their product are actually made from China, you can find exactly same product but 1/3 price on China others website ( even using the same picture)
Product are made from China is fine, the thing is their website did not show any detail information of this. With the beautiful website design and many fake followers on Instagram, customer get fraud easily! If you want to refund you have to take a long process to send back the product back to China and pay the shipping by your own!

BEWARE! This company lies. They ship from China not Portugal as they allude on their website. The boots have that fake chemical plastic smell and the heel on the shoe is plasticand hollow I might add. I didn't see all of these negative reviews prior to ordering my boots. I only hope that I am able to save someone from making a big mistake by ordering from Looks Like Summer. The only positive thing I can say is I received them in a timely manner. About a week via FedEx. Other than that I would call them crooks and this company should be forced to shut down for false statements such as saying their boots are genuine leather when everything about these boots are plastic! There are laws that protect the consumer to ensure what the manufacturer is stating is true. Everything is plastic. Including the heel! Hollow plastic! This is a warning to you! Do not order from them unless you don't mind spending top dollar for plastic shoes.

I am sooo angry! It took them more than three month to get my order to me. And when I received my sandals, the quality was terrible. I can confirm that all those bad reviews are true! I bought the BEA sandal in lime. Original price was $85.99 but there was a special going on and I had a discount code. My total ended up to be $33. The sandal have no grip! I almost slip on my carpet. After walking in it the first time, the glass(actually plastic) heel became lose. I complained to them and received a refund.
