When I call to ask for my las name to be fix the right way, the worker on the phone didn't want to listen,he only want to ask me all kind of questions.
Before booking I didn't realize that an up-to-24-hour delay could occur and so became nervous when it was pending after purchasing it and would take up to 24 hours to confirm my flight after I'd given my bank acct info. I called the customer service line and was on hold for 5 minutes and the representative assured me that it took time since it was a reduced rate and to give it 24 hours. My confirmation came through about 16 hours after finishing my transaction and I was relieved.
It's a very good fare compared to other search engines and I'm grateful.

I booked through this site with refundable option and when I had to cancel it they refused my refund stating my cancellation reason doesn't fall under "their category" and ate my money. This is a cheating website and don't book it.
