My first time using this airline so far no complaints everything is good.
Thou easy to find tickets, when purchasing tickets, I was sent an email telling me card was declined. When calling I was told that offer was unavailable and told to be flexible and offered other airline tickets for triple the cost. The flight was still available. Very frustrating and scammy!

I talked to your agent and he was insisting on the fact that my ticket didn't include any luggage at all, and that it was basic economy, while it was clearly indicating that 1 hand bag, 1 carry-on and 1 checked in luggage are all included. He also mentioned that the ticket cannot be cancelled if purchased, while there was a clear indication that the ticket within 24 hours.
I think in all, my own purchasing experience online was a lot less confusing and tricky than talking to your agent, which only brought more confusion and lack of accuracy! And this might be look bad on your agency's reputation and trust.
Never received a confirmation, had to buy flight from another source. Need a refund. Found out no such flight existed.

Do not purchase anything from here. I purchased tickets and they then kept calling me hours later and said it was either cancelled or pending or that it wasnt available. I got in co tact with a representative and they said it was pending but then my bank called saying that they had deducted my account 3 times. It is a scam I am currently trying to find a way to get my money back.
It took several hours to receive my confirmation of flights. I started to get worried and followed up on the Live Chat. Once I did that, my flights were finally confirmed but the prices were more than I had locked in. The Live Chat was very helpful but I had to stay on the chat for almost 30-minutes waiting.
I called and spoke with a man. He was doing his best to be helpful, but he had quite an accent and he spoke quite fast. My head was spinning after awhile, so I exited the conversation. I ended up finding my own tickets.

I called in at midnight to make a change on my booking because I had myself flying out of an airport nowhere near me and this gentlemen helped me fix it all and I feel he went above and beyond.
I booked a flight with this company after another booking company refused to change and update me on new flights.
But because this company had better rates and the more convenient hours I snagged the more accommodating and available flight.
However, Look by fare delayed contacting me in a timely manner, the flight increased by a considerable amount and I was not happy about it.
I decided to keep my flight after much consideration but the cheaper amount would have been greatly appreciated.
So, it's way better than getting truly screwed over as with the other booking company.

When a representative is confirming a flight booking they need to be more specific about relaying to the customer that they will be taking payment at that time. So basically they should always let the customer know right before that they are now going proceed with payment if there is going to be more than one transaction.
When i selected the ticket it was showing baggage but when i got confirmation it was showing no carry on baggage and no check -in baggage it means i have to pay separately for the baggage
