I received theatre voucher from my wife for Christmas. When booking using the voucher we had to pay £10 extra per ticket we booked. Booking directly with the theatre is easier and less expensive. Since I have read reviews where people paid up to 25% over the face value of the ticket. Just pledge, don't buy the voucher.
Extremely Poor service - no theatre vouchers ever turned up - Please don't ever use this website to purchase theatre gift vouchers or theatre tickets, I purchased them on the 9th Dec and they still haven't arrived, it is now the 24th December. When I have called to ask when they will arrive I have been told a different thing every time and the people on the other end of the phone are the rudest people I have ever had to speak to
