Having found this site on a local services website promising creative local logo designing, 24 hour turnaround time and money back guarantee... I was hugely disappointed to find out that this agency works of the free logo design sites available online, re purpose someone elses' work and sends it over. It was more than 6 days (not 24hours) that the first designs were delivered and they were less than appealing. After some complaining, the team were eager to offer a better service to avoid honoring the money back guarantee that they boldly advertise on their landing page.
Second round of work was no better, so I had to resort to another agency to get the job done.
In short, very disappointing experience- with over claim by the team that they carry out quality work and no commitment to time or customer satisfaction.

I got lured by the great pricing packages that they promise, but lesson learnt with the money down the drain with logodesign.ae
